The Preferred Group is very difficult to get any of their agents on the phone to even look at any of their listings. I hate to ever write a bad review on any small business. Other reviews stating the same complaint. No one answers.

Christina Wegford was great! We meet her at an open house last year before COVID hit! We didn’t pressure buying a house until this year and once we did, a different realtor had reached out to us. We didn’t necessarily like her, so I instantly thought to reach out to Christina. She welcomed us with open arms and helped us find our new home. She is very responsive and flexible and had our backs in many situationso. She also was patient and never stopped believing we’d find a house. We saw a ton of houses and even put in 7 offers before ours was found and she helped us every step of the way!

One of the Realtors associated with this RE/MAX, Bishnu Kharel, is an extremely dishonest man. He purchased a home for himself in Fairborn and will not pay us the money owed for the extras that he is trying to con us out of. He owes thousands of dollars for work done to this home and he is ridiculing us through text messages regarding this.I would not recommend him as someone you can trust nor would I recommend him to do anything that involves honestly or money

FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!! We used Kimberly "Toni" Louis as our agent. Of course, she was wonderful to work with at the beginning when we listed our home (as the sellers), but don't let her full you. Granted, she has a low commission rate, but in our experience, she only cared how fast our house sold, not that we got the best price for your house ($30k below appraised value in a heightened seller's market). She advocated on behalf of the buyer, as we never experienced her advocate for us, the sellers' once, especially when we wanted to decline the offer, she made us think/feel that this would be the only offer we would receive...scare tactic. We feel she certainly didn't have our best interest in mind, only lining her own pockets as fast as she could. This is the reason her rate is so low because it appears she cared more about quantity than quality. BE CAREFUL!!
Response to ReMax Broker: You obviously have a much different definition of "successful" than most people. My comments nor my sale were successful.
