Enjoyed my resent stay there. The staff were very welcoming. The atmosphere was very welcoming and relaxing. Loved the way the hotel was set up.

We went with the option of two bedrooms for a lacrosse tournament weekend and glad we did. The room was spacious and the bedrooms were very nice. Breakfast was very good and had different options. The staff was friendly and the room was very clean, it was very close to restaurants, gas stations and other stores like Target, as well as where the tournament was being held.

Excellent hotel and staff. I travel extensively for work and prefer Residence Inns to any other hotel. The kitchens and space you get in each room is unmatched. The staff at this hotel is exceptional. We even had a tornado warning during my stay here and the manager/front desk attendant on duty made sure that everyone was safe. The hotel was clean, breakfast was hot and had a large variety. I will be back when work brings me back to this area.

I stayed there a couple weeks ago with family, and had a wonderful stay, I got there a little late and was concerned about an late check in.
The lady at the front desk, I think her name was Shelia, was a true pleasure to work with.
We need more customer service people like herself.

Beautiful hotel that’s very well kept, clean and spacious. This hotel could easily stay a family of four (2 kids) and not feel cramped up.
Very well maintained, clean, kitchen has everything that you need to enjoy your stay. Ground floor is where you have your daily breakfast, pool, gym and laundry room.
Staff are very helpful and friendly. Always a hello, a hi, a how’s your day? Lovely to be greeted everywhere you go.
Overall a very good stay and I had such a good night rest daily. Thank you!
Rooms: Big, spacious and clean!

The rooms are quite large. But the breakfast was not okay. Most of the dishes were dirty.

Great family hotel. We stayed there for a one night family getaway. The pool and spa area was very nice. One of the best I've seen for a Residence Inn. Room was nicer than most I've seen, but could use a thorough cleaning - it was clean enough, but showed lots of signs of use. Don't let that deter you though. Staff was friendly and professional. We would certainly come back. Thank you!

It has been good staying in hotels for my whole life until this.I would like to share this experience. I stayed in the hotel for a month at least . I don’t like people get in my room so I always hang all set tag in front of the door. One day I noticed someone got in and changed my bed, which someone took my sign and hang it inside . I found my necklace lost during the stay and I never wear it anywhere. First, hotel is the home outside l, we should feel safe about where it stay and feel comfortable in our PERSONAL space. Ignore the sign out there and come in my bedroom is unacceptable since I did not request it at all. Second, the theft happened and I lost my personal property make it even worst. I will never come again.Safety: Don’t feel safe

Business training with colleagues. Meeting room accomodations were very nice, comfortable and quiet. There are two sized meeting rooms. Small size (boardroom) and another that can accommodate up to 45 people for larger meetings.

Everything is OK here. There is a limited breakfast which is almost the same every single day but is ok. A cold air comes under the front door continuously.
