Called to inquire about coming in today since they don’t close until 2. Got told they were “closing early today” at around 12:15…. Must be nice to pick and choose when you come in and don’t come in and open and close.

I have been going to store for years shipping to my sister in Florida for holidays and birthdays. The men I usually come in contact with are helpful, they listen and process the service well. This day I went in Monday August 6th an old man greeted me but was too busy talking to his co worker and told me to leave package on counter I told him I had to weigh and have it boxed (birthday presents) I told him three items were boxed and wrapped from amazon and didn't need any wrapping but 2 items were ceramic Halloween nutcracker breakable and a ceramic Halloween pumpkin with light in it needed bubble wrapped. HE told me he would do it was 10lb charged me $42.43 which I thought was high for shipping. I left the package was delivered today Wed 8/9 and the brand new gift nutcracker was broken in half there was zero buble wrap no cushion in box what so ever. How can you mail a box with breakable items and not bublle wrap it. I will take pictures and receits and see what they do about this very very disappointing that man needs to leave this job. Such a stupid mistake.

Been to this place earlier today. Had a terrible experience, the older gently man working at this store was not helpful in any form. Feels like we have been racially profiled. Went into the store to get a basic document notarised and the elderly man didn’t wanted to have a look at it at the first place and denied to provide service for the same. Been a while since I have faced a good old profiling.

Dropped off a package that I printed the label out to small. Mark went out of his way to get ahold of me to let me know the package wouldn't be able to be shipped. I was really busy that day and he said if I could just email him the shipping label he could take care of it for me. Thanks Mark!

When I walked in I waited patiently even though I had an appointment. Then when it was my turn the elderly man then addressed me rudely asking what do I want. Then I said I was here for finger printing and he said well you will have to wait. I ask ok and stood to the side. Then he was like are you ready after a few minutes and I stated yes. He said you need to get off the phone I informed him I was not on the phone I was on a conference that I just have to let my phone play. He then said I will need your driver’s license and then slammed them on the desk by the door and said I will not do it with that playing. I said I am sorry but I have to let it play and he stated you need to get out of my store and come back when your done. I said I’m sorry it is just playing it’s on mute and you can’t hear it. He said I’m not putting up with your attitude. If I would have not already paid for the fingerprint service I would be going somewhere else. I was not the only one that he was rude to people was asking for receipts for packages and he was like you are just going to have to wait. They was not rude to him but he was very angry. I will not be taking packages there and I will definitely be letting nursing students from local nursing schools to not use this business for fingerprinting to be completed. Then when I went to walk back in he locked the door and put a note up stating he will reopen at 3:10 there was 2 people in there working why do you need to shut down?

Stopped in on a Friday afternoon to get a document notarized and was out in less than 5 minutes. Also have shipped pre-labeled packages here recently and was happy with the service every time.

They have been extremely rude at every encounter I’ve had. I will no longer use this business. My employees have expressed similar complaints when dropping off my boxes for me. They seem to have a strong disregard for younger customers and customers with prepaid labels.

When I'm wanting the convenience of dropping off something that needs shipping and I'm too exhausted to buy materials and pack it and ship it myself at the post office, this place is my go to. Worth the extra $ sometimes to put time back into my life! Always great customer service.

I went here earlier this week to send a package to a friend in Maine. They got it quickly and told me everything arrived in great condition and commented that it was packaged extremely well! Will definitely be going here in the future!

I refuse to go anywhere else for my shipping needs even if this place is 30+ minutes away from me. They have never done wrong by me and I always end up leaving 100% satisfied with the otherwise daunting process of boxing things up! Thank you, Safe Ship for being there for me!
