I don’t usually say anything if I don’t have anything good to say, however my last experience was THAT bad. The staff at this location (one girl in specific, I wish I knew her name) can be pretty hostile. And to top it off, they follow you around the store like you are stealing or something. Very rude, and made me feel very uncomfortable. Products are good, staff is awful.

The store was stocked. I just want the staff to quit interrogating me in an attempt to up-sell. Stop it! If I say I don’t need help, don’t ask again. If I say I have developer, don’t grill me on how old it is or sales-splain how to use it. If I have a product in my hand, don’t come over and try to tell me to buy the same product in a different brand (because then I’d have to buy two).

1 star for attitude 1 star for product availability 1 star customer service. Asked the young lady if she knew about hair because sally's tends to put clerks there that aren't cosmetologist in there locations. Her response rudely " I mean I guess I would since I do work here" asked for some assistance with a product she said she would come help me waited in the aisle next to the product i had a question about, then realized there was only one more of it and she never came over to assist me so I left. Come on sally's! i just started shopping there again.. my last visit I spent 100 dollars never again. this is really ridiculous

Never returning to this location. Two instances of a young cashier with less social skills than wallpaper glue who made you wait a solid minute to check out because she was playing on her phone. Another lady came up and started complaining about other customers and wouldn’t shut up. If I wanted to be tortured, there are much cheaper options.

Horrible customer service… every time I go in here the sales associates follow me around. I’m a licensed cosmetologist & an ex employee of this location & it’s one associate in particular who does it ( she’s a white girl) . The first time she followed me around I brushed it off but it has been multiple times & today I wanted to leave a review because I wanted to purchase a few items but decided not to shop at this location ever again because of it. She made me feel uncomfortable.

Been to 4 different locations trying to find a specific ion product to get the buy one get one half off deal and nobody has it. Here's a thought Sally's- if you are going to run a special on only the large bottles- have them in stock to support the sale YOU decided to have. Do better!

Girl with pink hair, her name was Courtney, made a rude comment about about how much dandruff I had. I’m very self conscious of it as it’s not dandruff but a scalp condition. It was certainly not her place to make comments about it. She then proceeded to try and tell me what hair bleach I should use when I’ve been bleaching my own hair for years and always use the same brand. I think I know what works for me and don’t need some under qualified high schooler telling me what’s best. Other employees there are also rude to me and other customers. Will be taking my business to Amazon because I am tired of being belittled by these employees who don’t even have cosmetology licenses. Know your place.

The two employees in the store made us feel uncomfortable and judged from the moment we first asked for a product. One of the employees, an incredibly annoying person with pink hair and a poor understanding of the color mahogany is kept trying to get people in the store to dye their hair purple, and made my girlfriend feel like she had to buy a product she wouldn’t have normally picked out. Weirdest experience I’ve had with my girlfriend in a beauty store.

Went around 230 pm today. Doors locked, no sign about returning or even temporarily closed. Wasted my time. Learned lesson I’m calling first the next time before going anywhere
