Usually good service here from the one night gentleman with the hat, but there is another strange portly man there sometimes who is quite malodorous.. he needs a talk in the hygiene sector perhaps as it is not work appropriate in my opinion.

Pumps are so slow that you’d swear they’re pumping the gas from Saudi Arabia. The drink fountains and food area are closed off, even the partnered restaurant next door is closed as is the car wash. Shell seems to be closing this location through slow attrition.

They keep advertising that they are 24 hours but they aren't. I keep trying to fill up after midnight and they are closed.

The air machine is broken and in fact flattened our tire when we tried to refill before a long trip to Chicago. We had to call AAA for a fix. Do not go here if you’re looking to refill the air in your tires, you’ll have a greater headache than anticipated.

The young female manager (I'm thinking) was the most rudest disrespectful store manager was so unprofessional she came to the door to actual bad-mouth a customer as well as was rude to my friend as well and actually threw there $100 bill back to them saying she didn't have change...
