Don't come here unless you are unemployed or homeless, because you are going to be here ALL DAY LONG and walk out with the same issue you came here to attempt to remedy. I lost half a days wages and got nothing in return, except a worse headache. Hang it up Spectrum and leave it to the pros at Verizon, T-Mobile & AT&T.

My wife and I recently switched our cell service from T-Mobile to Spectrum. In addition to changing our service provider, we also upgraded our phones and needed some help activating our new phones and setting them up with our older Apple watches. We made an appointment and this resulted in little to no wait. Our primary support person was Shane and even though he was relatively new, he was very patient and helpful. We had one complex issue at the end and the store manager (Michael) stepped in and was amazing with his knowledge and commitment to make sure we had all of our issues resolved. We had a great experience!

Worst experience I have had getting a phone. My previous phone I had through spectrum stopped working and I went in to get a new one. He refused to even try and set the phone up after I had driven an hour to the store to get a phone and make sure it was set up properly.he told me he couldn't set it up and gave me a number for tech support who was flabbergasted that he did this. I was basically told to go home and deal with it once he got the sale. Highly unprofessional and the poorest customer service I have ever received. If I could give negative stars I would. He seriously has me considering leaving spectrum all together after this experience that would mean my phone Internet and xumo services all terminated and business taken elsewhere.

It's nice and clean inside. Parking is sometimes difficult when it's peak hours. There is usually a wait time to talk to an employee. But there are places you can sit while you wait. The employees here are knowledgeable, respectful, and try to help you as much as they can.

The experience is awful!! There is 2 to 3 extra employees besides the 3 that is working, that is NOT working at all. I have already been waiting 45 min and still have 2 people in front of me. Spectrum is a joke so happy that I don't have to deal with this anymore.

I was number 1 in line and there were 3-4 people working. It still took them almost an hour to call my name.
This portion is for spectrum call center: I had called to get promotion for Internet as my price increased and they said I wasn’t eligible anymore so I switched to different provider. Then I called to cancel my service and took 30mins of me telling the person I am serious and cancel my service. The person refused to listen to customer and just cared about reading the script and then blaming me that I contacted wrong team before and that’s why I didn’t get the promotion but they can give me one if I switched my phone carrier and stuff. Again just refused to listen to customer and just really bad customer experience. Additionally, the Internet kept dropping constantly the last few months.
I wouldn’t recommend them just based on bad customer experience.

I needed to return some old equipment and pick up new. I called earlier and set up and appointment with Bruce. We couldn't get everything done on day one, but we set up a 2nd appointment and I was able to walk right up and Bruce took care of everything!
Best customer service!! Hint: Make an appointment :)

Had an appointment at 3:30 pm. Arrived early and checked in. After sitting there nearly an hour and a couple other people with reservations checked in, my name completely disappears from the waiting list. They didn't seem to care and told me I'd have to check in as a walk in which had 8 names on it already. Spectrum as a whole is just a lousy company with poor customer service.

Horrible needs more workers and sign in tablets. They should have an express line for returns only such a long wait!
