I bought a truck from there and the frame is rusted out they do not do anything to try to fix it or make it right so make sure you take it to a shop for inspection before buying

Just Don't!!!!
There 5 cars I wanted to see at the dealership. 2 of the cars had a leak in the sunroof....wet floors and mold. 1 car had NO coolant to be seen in the radiator or reserve and three oil leaks that could be seen. 1 car (the I one really wanted to see) they couldn't get the doors unlocked, even using the physical key. The last one had the airbag light on. My husband (Who runs an auto shop and builds cars) said something to the salesman about the airbag not being functionable....and the salesman ACTUALLY ARGUED WITH HIM like he didn't know what he was talking about. THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE!!!

Andy was great! Cars are priced right! They got my son in his dream car (Scion FRS) for his 18th birthday. Even stayed after hours to help us get the deal closed! Would absolutely recommend!

This place should be shut down. They owed me an oil change and I was going to come back at a better time to get it done. When I tried to contact them to get my oil change done they ghosted me and would not respond to me. Anytime after I bought the car they have ignored me. I have also had the car for about 6 months and have had to replace 2 tires (within a week of buying it, so was probably flat when I bought it and they just filled them) replace the entire transmission, replace all brake pads and rotors, and get frame work down due to the extreme amount of rust. In hindsight i blame myself for some of it but i was desperate and needed a car after my last one was totaled in a wreck. But a car in that bad condition shouldn’t even be on the lot or should have been worked on prior. These people are not honest and they will play you.

We drove up from kentucky during a winter blizzard to look at a 2010 toyota Sequoia, we had previously spoke with the salesman over the phone, who responded to out inquiry about the Sequoia in a timely manner! Andy answered all of our questions, and provided the Carfax, and pictures of frame and undercarriage!! When we arrived, the vehicle was exactly described! We did a test drive, and purchased the vehicle! Paper work was a breeze. Andy was polite and pleasant to work with, with no pushy salesman tactics!! We recommend unlimited auto group of west Chester to anyone looking for a car purchase!! Thank you Andy!!

If I could give this dealership zero stars, I absolutely would.
My experience with Unlimited Auto Group was not just disappointing—it was downright alarming. I am genuinely writing this review so that someone else can avoid the headache, stress, and unexpected expenses that I went through.
From the moment I purchased the car, it became clear that no proper inspection was done before selling it. I’m not talking about minor cosmetic issues. I’m talking about fundamental, basic maintenance that any legitimate dealership should handle before handing the keys to a customer. Within days of purchasing the vehicle, I had to spend $185 of my own money to fix what should have already been taken care of — oil change, coolant replacement, and even getting a new key. It honestly felt like the car was pulled straight from a lot without any preparation or care.
The entire place felt like a junk yard operating under the label of a dealership. Cars looked unvetted, staff seemed untrained, and the overall environment did not inspire confidence. When I asked simple questions about the car, the salespeople literally had no answers. Instead of being helpful or knowledgeable, they dismissed everything with responses like, “I don’t know, that’s how it is.” That kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially when someone is making such a significant purchase.
What frustrated me the most was the complete lack of responsibility and transparency. They just wanted to make the sale and move on, with zero concern for the buyer’s safety, satisfaction, or experience. Any dealership can make mistakes — but the way they handled (or avoided) every question made it clear that customer care is simply not a priority here.
After experiencing this firsthand, I can confidently say that Unlimited Auto Group is one of the worst dealerships I’ve ever encountered. The combination of unprepared vehicles, poor communication, unprofessional behavior, and careless attitude toward customers makes this a place I would never recommend to anyone.
If you value your money, your time, or your sanity — avoid Unlimited Auto Group at all costs.
There are plenty of dealerships that take pride in the cars they sell, invest in proper inspections, and treat customers respectfully. Sadly, this dealership is nowhere close to that standard.
Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else before you end up dealing with unexpected repair bills, frustration, and a car that should have been properly checked long before it was put on the lot.

Worst dealership experience ever — stay far, far away from Unlimited Auto Group.
I bought a car from them and immediately realized they don’t even bother to perform the most basic safety checks. There was no oil and no coolant in the vehicle — if I hadn’t caught it in time, the engine would have been ruined and I would have lost my entire investment. I had to spend an additional $185 right after purchase just to change the oil, refill the coolant, and get a key. I’ve attached the transaction as proof.
This place is not a dealership — it feels more like a junk yard pretending to sell cars. All they care about is taking your money. The salespeople have zero knowledge about the cars they’re selling. Ask any question and the answer is always, “I don’t know, that’s how it is,” along with a bunch of excuses.
I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. They sell unsafe cars, provide no transparency, and offer the worst customer service imaginable. Save yourself the headache and money — do NOT buy a car from here.

Absolutely a joke of a company. Sold me a car with bad timing, siliconed water pump and shit camshaft phasers. After giving them 3k down for a car not even a week later had to spend 8k to get my engine fixed. Now I can’t get the title from them. I would stay very very far away from this place. These salesman have no other talents in life so they take advantage of people just trying to get a decent vehicle.

I purchased a Honda accord from unlimited auto group of Westchester in April of 2025, I have drove this car a total of a month and a half of owning it, I have gave the lot 3 different times to fix these issues, each time receiving the car back the issues was never resolved, the last time that they had it to do repairs they had it for 2 months with little to no updates or communication, when I asked to go out and see the car since I have had no updates, they had took me down to the Honda dealership parking lot to pick the car up from the parking lot stating they had Honda look at it because they could not figure out the issue which they had told me Honda said it’s a “coolant leak”when I received it back it had 4k miles put on it, marijuana in the middle console and passenger side door, and a iPhone connected to the radio, fast forward to now it had been sitting at Honda dealership for the last 2 weeks, there “visit” to Honda is not in the Honda system, so they joy rode and parked it in the Honda parking lot to make it seem like they was actually trying to figure it out/repair it, what is in there system is diagnosed blown head gasket October of 2024 and my vist for a recall, which this whole time it has had transmission issues and a blown head gasket, so now as it sits needing a head gasket and a whole new transmission the lot refuses to help/assist, so in conclusion they rigged it up instead of actually repairing , this lot has done the same thing to other buyers given there reviews, do not buy from any branch of there’s, there warranty company also offers so support, I payed for a 2 year transmission warranty but they also refuse to assist, take your money elsewhere, you will be left without a vehicle and still paying a car payment, with no communication, no call back, just left in the dark dealing with any branch of this lot

This was the easiest and quickest car buying experience I've ever had. They were able to give me a fair value for my trade in vehicle and the car i purchased was priced very well! Sam was very approachable and great to work with!
