I sent my husband to get some coins for us because we needed it. And the lady was being rude and kept asking if we had an account and he said yes. We are both in the account and he handed her his ID and debit card like usual and then she said that he can’t get coins if we dot have a business account. Umm what?? Business account?? So how do people without business get coins when needed. Someone needs to talk with their employees. I’m pretty sure she was just being racist towards my husband.

I was just in the Drive-Thru at this location. I was making a deposit in the Drive-Thru. They took the deposit and said please be patient, I am helping a customer (which I took as one customer) I will be right back with you. Ok . I ended up waiting in the Drive-Thru around 20 minutes. Waiting for her to bring back my deposit slip. I don't know if they're short-staffed or she's the only one working but that was just way too long to be waiting. It cost me to be late for my lunch break at work because I waited there so long when I was the only customer in the drive-thru.. Unacceptable

Omg!!! One of the best US Bank Branches I've ever been to. Jaimee Briner assisted me with a transaction that I couldn't get done at a different location. She was very patient and extremely professional.Thank you so much!!! I'll definitely be going to this location should I ever need anything else.

Terrible bank....drive through is not open often when the website says it is.Seriously this bank is poorly managed

If I could give less than one star I would.Long waits in the ONLY open drive through with NO Other customers. Requested a withdrawal in certain denominations but didn’t get it. (I guess the vault is too far away to get requested bills) Got money in an envelope with the WRONG name on it.Please hire more help!Please open your bank, most everyone else is open why not US Bank?Only went to Union Center branch because Cox Rd. Hasn’t reopened yet and doesn’t even currently operate a drive through lane.Come on US Bank. We are about to go elsewhere!

They're closed temporarily and the atm here will only take check deposits. Useless.
