I've never been so dissapointed. I needed to be measured and purchase new bras. I went to Liberty Center to be measured. No one greeted me. I couldn't find a representative. I waited in the dressing room, I waited at the registers. As I was leaving I walked past 3 employees who were speaking to each other. I stood and waited as they continued to ignore me I was more and more disgusted. They were rude, unprofessional and wearing sweat pants. I work way too hard for my money to spend it somewhere that has lost their core values.

Nice clean location.But I do like to be greeted upon entering the store.Make me feel welcomed.I was trying to find my way to the register to check out.Instead of being assisted the workers stood off to the side having a full blown conversation like there is no customers in the store.Other then that the associate that checked me out was super nice she laughed and conversated with me.

Selection was not as much as hoped for or experienced at other stores. Seems like just bras and panties. The lingerie assortment seemed limited. For example the bathrobes were clunky and not sexy. These are thoughts from my girlfriend.

This store is 100% better service wise compared to Kenwood Mall Victoria Secret. The staff at Kenwood, especially Rashauna, manager, is very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend shopping at Kenwood ever!

Staff wasn’t as friendly as we’ve encountered at other locations. Didn’t even welcome patrons entering the store as most locations do and the employee walked past me 3 separate times and didn’t speak. Will not return to this specific location again.

What's not to love about this place great product, nice friendly atmosphere, great customer service,,, I would have gave a 5 Star review but they didn't sell boots LoL everyone knows boots would only make there products more exemplifying and sexy
