Worst Pharmacy ever! Their truck never arrives!

My only gripe is that Walgreens, at least near my home, has stopped stocking Pure Leaf Raspberry Tea. ??Other than that, the staff is always friendly and polite and I can, generally, find what I am in need of.

The cashier either was having a bad day or just didn't like me... but Ok, I bought some eyeliner I've been using because it was orange tagged and was $1.99 (original price $5.49). Once I got to my car I realized I had been charged full price. My 9yr old daughter wanted to return it so I gave her my phone with the return UPC and the product and she went in. She came back 5 minutes later extremely upset saying the lady was mad at her and she told her the price she was charged was the price of item. Also, that she could only get a store credit gift card for the cash back, and she kept the product at the register even though it was already paid for. So I went in and showed the lady the return UPC and explained to her I was over charged at full price for a sale item. The lady proceeded to tell me the amount charged was the price of the item. She says, "Where did you see THAT at?!" And "Well I need to go see the price!" I said, " ok." We walk back to the cosmetics and she is barreling right past all of them not looking to see where the item came from. I stop and tell her " It's right here." She stops and reads the orange tag and it read, "clearance ; was $5.49; $2 off; now $1.99” She says, "1.99 yea!" We get to the register and she has an attitude the entire time all this is going on... She barks that it will need to be on a credit store card. I said "That's fine." She calls for help and another lady slides over(a much kinder lady). She tells me to swipe or insert the card used to purchase the item if I'd like my money back on my card. She also tells me my rewards I used during the purchase will need to be put on a store card (which was fine).

This pharmacy is as awful as can be. Pharmacist and techs make you feel stupid and when asking questions about medication, sometimes they don't even know the answer or they answer in a condescending way.

Good luck getting your prescriptions, they’re never open when you need them. Finally after trying for the 6th time to get my prescriptions due to them never being open, I walked up to the pharmacy counter and they shut the gate on me and didn’t even acknowledge me. Do better.

Worst customer service EVER!!!. Oddessea who's the cashier was extremely rude. I was asking for the price of the Yankee Candle that was marked down at 50% and rang at $14.99. She said it's the final price, so I decided not to get all 6 items because it wasn't discounted for what the sign is stated. While I took a picture of the sign, she and the manager was bad mouthing me without knowing I was still there and heard everything they said about me. If I could give negative 5 star I would. Extremely uncalled for.

Went in for my COVID vaccine and the staff was all there, but didn't want to give me my second vaccine. Time was 12:50p, but would take the time to administer it. Poor customer service.

I dont ever ever go in Walgreens as I generally find their prices to be too high. On this particular day, I stopped in on a recommendation of a friend, to look for Christmas lights. I had just come from yet another Walmart pickup up the street to again find they didnt have lights left. I walked right in to the seasonal aisle and bam, they actually had a selection of lights! They seemed decent and there was a really good sale going on if you joined their free rewards program. The staff at the registers were really nice and walked me through registration and benefits. The store seemed well organized and clean! I walked away with a great deal on some LED outdoor lights that will hopefully at least last the season!

I had my passport photos taken at this location on 1/7/2020 with the intention of using them for my upcoming passport appointment at USPS. Today when I went in, the post worker told me the photos taken weren't acceptable, as there was not a big enough gap at the top. He told me that half of the time passport photos are WRONG from Walgreens. Since the post office can take them and I didn't want to go through the hassle of rescheduling, I decided to pay $15 and re-take them there.I called this location and explained that I no longer had my receipt, but the back of the photo envelope had the date, store number, associate's name, and the order number. Basically a receipt without the payment info really. The person working was extremely rude and put me on a hold that ended up ringing as a new call to which they answered and did not know it was me. She told me she had spoken with the manager and there was nothing they could do. They literally scammed me out of $15 and told me they wouldn't even be able to give me a store credit. Then they say to me something along the lines that I "shouldn't have waited a month" to call them about the sitation when she clearly didn't listen to me and know that my appointment had been TODAY! How was I supposed to know they took the photos wrong? I get that $15 is not that much to lose, however when you are a college student any money matters. She had no reason to be defensive, especially since Walgreens was in the wrong.Since this location isn't too close to where I live as a student, I decided to stop by a store in KY where I was. The individual working allowed me explain my sitation and offered to either re-take my photos or give me a store credit. Wow, what a difference! I will never return to this location and my advice is to get your passport photos taken at USPS because they actually know what they're doing.

Cory, I'm assuming the manager is very rude, not only was she rude to me but she was snappy and rude to her employees, one being an elderly lady who is older than her. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or what but when I walked in I thought by her looks she's nice but I turned out wrong. She refused to accept a manufacturer coupon that clearly states is accepted by Walgreens, she lied and said they don't take printed coupons. I ended up going to CVS but they didn't have the product so I drove to the Princeton-Glendale Walgreens and the staff there not only accepted the manufacturer coupon but were extremely helpful and kind and treated me like a human being and with decency. This location had lots of products that was tampered with and I tried getting a box that wasn't tampered with but Cory didn't like that and tried to push a product on me that was opened. The employee at the register lied and said that the scanner wasn't scanning the coupon but surprisingly it scanned with no problem at the other Walgreens. You can even tell her employees were walking on eggs around her and she was just overall TOXIC and unwelcoming. I will never ever go to this Walgreens again.
