Had notified his local Walgreens Pharmacy in Amelia Ohio to ask a general question about his kidney tumor medication to ask a few simple questions and the Pharmacy tech manager was very rude and very disrespectful and his day out on me in a not so pleasant way and doesn't have any plans or intentions of ever getting any of his prescriptions filled with Walgreens Pharmacy anymore again cause if I was the district manager of all stores and pharmacy he would of fired and terminated the pharmacy tech manager for his unacceptable inappropriate interactions over the phone and a pharmacy tech manager has no right under any circumstances to take the bad day out on a pharmacy customer and after this unprofessional experience he refuses to ever go back to Walgreens Pharmacy to get any of his pharmacy prescriptions filled and that pharmacy tech manager should be ashamed of himself and after making a complaint to the Walgreens corporate headquarters office and hope the pharmacy technician manager get his day coming to him and hope he gets Dispensary actions taken him for his disrespect inappropriate interactions to a pharmacy customer and if he could give Walgreens Amelia Pharmacy a big *0* ZERO STAR RATING he would cause this is the worst pharmacy he has ever dealt with in his life and yes Walgreens Pharmacy sucks terribly bad without a doubt!!!An again he will not ever get his pharmacy prescriptions filled with Walgreens Pharmacy ever again and he will be getting his pharmacy prescriptions filled somewhere cause no pharmacy customer deserves that kind of disrespectful satisfaction in return!!!

Walgreens Pharmacy #070464610 Pleasant ave Fairfield Ohio 45014Arrived for Renewel of monthly prescription (Which is on Auto-Renewal on monthly Basis) Only to Stand (as what I Thought Was a Ridiculous amount of time) at Counter while the Pharmacy Tech spoke on phone to a customer in regards to having covid, Not once did she acknowledge me in any way, She just kept walking around chatting on phone. Could she not politely ask to put them on hold to attend to a customer standing at counter for better than ten minutes? Or Could she not have Politely acknowledged my presence & obliged she would be with me momentarily......Very Poor Customer Service in my Opinion. So Appreciative for Thoutfullness...Unfortunately not Recieved from that Walgreens Representative...manners matter!

I made an appointment on line to receive my covid shot. I arrived at at 8130 Mall Road, Florence, KY. 41042. A young lady by the name of Ella waited on me, took my address and after 15 minutes and much searching told me that the administration fee was $184.99. I am 77 years old, I have United Healthcare Advantage insurance and received all of the other shots at no charge. I will be switching to Meijer Pharmacy.

My husband and I had shopped Walgreens faithfully until now! I waited until Senior day to get an allergy med that I buy over the counter.......but guess what they changed Senior Day, well I'm here to say that I/we changed to CVS!

So it's the first Tuesday of the month, which means its senior day. I take care of an elderly blind woman and we always go on this day for her drug store and medicine needs. I ordered her eye meds a week ago. They just came in on the day before, Monday. Took a week to fill them which in and of itself is unreasonable. Went to the store personally on Monday to make sure they would be ready on Tuesday as I kept getting messages telling my it was delayed. The meds were in the days order so I told the pharmacist I would not rush him and I'd be back the next day. Tuesday comes and a sign on the door says the pharmacy is closed. Another location didn't have a pharmacist so they took him to work there. Yippie. Now she has no meds and I need to make another trip to the store as well as deliver it to her. And before you say I could just transfer the prescription, remember that it took a week to get in. Also I was not going to wait the several hours it would have taken you get it filled. Now I realize things happen, but I am constantly text messages by walgreens to tell me her prescription as due. I am told when i am late in picking them up, etc. So why in God' s good name cant they text me to tell me they will not be open. The technology is obviously there. The store knew at 3pm on Monday that they would be closed due to staffing issues. I as so beyond disappointed in the non caring attitude of corporate walgreens. I should say that I know most of the people that work at this walgreen and it is not of their doing. Its corporate greed, where they dont want to spend any more money than necessary for people to staff their pharmacies.

#1-As a homeowner,living a lifetime directly behind Walgreens on North Bridge Street in Chillicothe Ohio my complaints have landed on "deaf ears" and complete dismissiveness,and disrespect regarding litter issues from management at this establishment. Over the course of four years I have taken pictures of empty hydrocodone pill containers and trash from your lid less dumpster that consistently blows trash into my backyard,and, into the 3 foot easement area that my family were forced to sell to Walgreens prior to the initial construction of that Walgreens. This.. legally referred to as (eminent domain) meaning the space between Walgreens and my property line. Last week I complained of this problem for the third time. The manager informed me that they (Walgreens) were not responsible for this issue and that there was nothing they could..or would do to resolve this issue.#2-I have done a majority of my shopping at this Walgreens, as it is conveniently close to my home. When asked by certain staff if I am "finding everything ok?" If I cannot find an item because it is not in stock..those items continue to stay out of stock despite my requests. The mark up on Walgreens merchandise is extremely high. The employee turn over rate and the customer service is a step below extremely low. All of these deficiencies point back to management and.. there, the lack of.I am still hopeful that these issues can and will be addressed,acknowledged and corrected.Sincerely,Celia Diehl

When i arrived the tech said it wasn't due for 2 days and refused to proceed. When i finally got home and found my notification, i was correct on the date for the shot. When I emailed the manager at store, he said she was looking at another pt with the same name??? What about my DOB that I gave her to get my prescriptions for me. That could have been a HUGE mistake!Something needs to be done, so that a real MISTAKE doesn't happen.

i use my health benefit at youre locations and i am greatful to united health for there partnership with walgreens, several items that on on display in the isles are maked otc ,so we know there covered this isnt uniform throught alot of you locations and we dont find out till check out time,,this is alot of revenue and items people need ,,the common reply is it isnt in the system,,why is it clearly labeled in aisles but not at register checkout,,thank you and i realy love youthis isnt a dig at the wokers at all i think its in the I T dept ,,,we love youre stores and hope we dont have to go to walmart for the items we need each month,,thank you

I cannot seem to find a way to discuss the issues I've had with Walgreens and the mess their app is. It will cause me to move all my prescriptions to another pharmacy that will better manage things. Your app is a complete mess and shows little regard for the handling of vital medications. There is no place to get help or ask questions. Pharmacist has no way to resolve issues. What a mess.

They follow everyone that doesn't have new clothes and shoes. Not one employee is friendly and looked like complete assholes when we paid. I have onset Parkinson's and severe crohns no matter what i look like or what anyone else looks like ,profiling anyone should marke every singla person SICK!
