I really enjoyed living at West Chester Place and stayed years longer than originally planned. Nice apartments and a great location, but still feels tucked away from all the congestion. And having a property owner/manager who knows all the residents, is on site often and personally responds (quickly) is rare.

Best Apartment I have ever lived in. I have been living here for 6 years. The landlord is nice and always willing to help. Neighbors are kind, environment is good, room condition is great, and rent is reasonable. Highly recommended for people trying to settle down in West Chester area.

I have lived here 4 years now! Love it! Without any doubt this is the best apartments in the area!I plan on staying here till I'm able to afford a house ?
