    Best Apartment I have ever lived in. The landlord is nice and always willing to help. Neighbors are kind, environment is good, room condition is great, and rent is reasonable. Highly recommended for people trying to settle down in West Chester area.

    West Chester Place has been one of the best apartments my wife and I have ever lived in. The apartments are large and very quite and the property manager - Bill, is very timely with repairs and any needed maintenance.     My fiancé and I lived here for 2 years and only moved because we bought a house. It was definitely the best renting experience I’ve ever had. The landlord is super nice and very quick to fix any maintenance issues. The apartment was well kept and the price was very fair especially considering the size. I highly recommend!
