“Store was very clean and well stocked associate went above and beyond what I was expecting for called and asked if they had item I was looking for and did I live 2 hours away she had it waiting for me at front desk called 4 other Ace hardware stores and go nowhere this store and associate cared about the job she did and care about customers”

“Well equipped little hardware store with a great selection (including name brand power tools). They are much closer to home than the nearest big box home improvement stores and their prices are reasonable. They even have some items that Home Depot, for example, doesn't; like metric taps and dies.
Only reason for the 4 stars is because last time I was in there, the gentleman working hovered over me like I was a suspected thief. Sorry but I like to be left alone when I'm browsing unless I need help finding an item. I was trying to take in everything they carried so I know for future projects if I can get things there or not.”
“If no have never gone to a reputable E&H Ace Hardware with the best STIHL section in the store I have ever seen, then this IS the place to go. I just purchased a STIHL chainsaw. Their technician, Mike, was the best! He will fill the saw up with fuel and start it up to make sure you are ready to go. I will always come back to Garrettsville for all my STIHL needs.”

“Always helpful. They have lots of nuts and bolts.. they do not carry any wood.. but they have downspouts, some metal poles.. lots of tools.. sand, rock & softener salt.

“Although I personally did not go into the store, the person that I took really like the store and found many items he was looking for especially on sale which was a big plus. Years ago I used to buy bad cold from them and they were always very nice to me and helpful.”
“I had a contract with Doll Lumber to selectively cut an old growth of woods , they played the weather wen possible for frozen rather than mud .The loggers we're very respectful of my property & even made sure none of the waterways were blocked before leaving . Jeff ,Bruce , Lenard thanks guys for a job well done. I measured 2 tree 120' & 141' tall one was 13' around ?”
“I come here all the time for any of my hardware needs. The store is always clean, and the employees are always quick to help with knowledge on the products or projects. Their is a Stihl shop in the back which is always knowledgeable on the products they sell though if you need something repaired, just know that they're always busy and you might have to wait a while on the wait list to get your tractor or equipment work done.”

“It took them a very long time to hook to find the buggy blankets that we took in in april. They said they would call us and they did not we had to call them. When we got there it took them about 10 minutes to even find the blankets but they did a good job on them anyways.”
