“We recently moved to Farmdale (Gustavus) and found this store while exploring our new area. At Bloomfield Hardware & More I found the three things (plus one!) that I look for in a hardware store:1-Well-stocked with great quality hardware and AMERICAN-made tools2-Solid customer service from a knowledgeable (products and product’s location) staff3-Reasonable pricesPLUS-ONE-I’m retired from the US Army and I GREATLY appreciate the veteran discount that they offer me!There’s another hardware store half the driving distance from my house to Bloomfield Hardware, but for all the reasons mentioned above, I frequently drive farther to get the better products, prices, and service. Thank you and keep up the good work BH&M!”
“I know what you’re thinking… A hardware store… But I can definitely tell you and Middlefield they do things a little bit differently than they do in town. The minute you walk through the door there’s usually 2 to 3 people standing there greeting you to the store. And asking how can I help you so basically I list everything that I’m looking for and they send one of the employees to help you find everything which I love because it breaks down a lot of the time that it would take me to look for everything and they’re so courteous they’re not pushy They don’t tell you what to buy. They look for everything that you’re interested in and if you have any questions regarding anything, they answer it I hope you all have an a rewards card for the store because it seriously helps you save money. I was able to find everything I was looking for and of course had to buy some of the authentic root beer it’s the best! The store is very clean. It’s very organized and they do have public bathrooms.”
“I had a contract with Doll Lumber to selectively cut an old growth of woods , they played the weather wen possible for frozen rather than mud .The loggers we're very respectful of my property & even made sure none of the waterways were blocked before leaving . Jeff ,Bruce , Lenard thanks guys for a job well done. I measured 2 tree 120' & 141' tall one was 13' around ?”
“Although I personally did not go into the store, the person that I took really like the store and found many items he was looking for especially on sale which was a big plus. Years ago I used to buy bad cold from them and they were always very nice to me and helpful.”

“Rid gas and Dennis is same person a ex employee that got let go for not knowing his job and talking bad about the company and this was over 3 years ago don't take his Comments seriously come see for yourself thank you”
“I come here all the time for any of my hardware needs. The store is always clean, and the employees are always quick to help with knowledge on the products or projects. Their is a Stihl shop in the back which is always knowledgeable on the products they sell though if you need something repaired, just know that they're always busy and you might have to wait a while on the wait list to get your tractor or equipment work done.”

“I have had nothing but good personal shopping at this store. They know where everything is in the store and most generally I have a question I always ask even when I get there looking for something I never purchased before. I will ask to the sales help ( off the top of your head do you have a general idea what it cost?) and they are usually right on the money with out looking it up. That’s crazy good to remember what it is, where it is, and the price. That’s just not right. They are super sales people. Even when it comes to ordering special items that they don’t stock the work doesn’t stop there with them. They will bend Over to try to get you the info and or the product you might need with out any delays either??? Just saying!!! Awesome people there. I been to all of the stores within a 25 mile radius in my area and I think so far that is the best one as in my preference. Just can’t say enough. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!! #1”

“It took them a very long time to hook to find the buggy blankets that we took in in april. They said they would call us and they did not we had to call them. When we got there it took them about 10 minutes to even find the blankets but they did a good job on them anyways.”
