“I read some of the lower reviews and shake my head. This is a great mom n pop operation and I have had nothing but helpful people here. My unit was clean and fairly priced amd from what I hear they refuse to play the rent raising game the large corporations do. I wish people were not so narrow-minded on some of the reviews. First world problems. How bout start with using a unit as a temporary base, not an extension for all our extra crap we should learn how to donate or part ways with.
Bottom line is I needed a cost effective buffer for a 4-6mos between a move from Columbus to Dayton to Charlotte for work. They do a nice job. Rhonda is great.”

“First of all, I've had items in this facility since 2020. I've been here through a few owners and CubeSmart is by far the best. The rates are lower than I've paid the last owners. The reason for my review however is Susan, the best and most understanding associate I have ever met. I've been thru injuries, hard times and most recently heart surgery for AFIB. Each and EVERY SINGLE TIME I've needed time to pay my bill she has been an understanding angel there to help. I don't know what id do without her. Susan is the best. Thank you ?.”
“Although the equipment was clean with no problems, it smelled like cigarettes from the previous driver. I think it should have been aired out before given to me or whomever. Other than that, all was ok.”
