Priceline booked my car for noon, and they close at noon on Saturday. Arrived around 12:10 not realizing they were closed, but they unlocked the door and processed me anyway, and quickly. Car was great as well! Thank you Jenn and Zia.

I booked a car over the phone and they asked me to pay upfront. When I hung up I walked 30 min to the budget to find they didn't have any cars available. I called the number back to get a refund and was told it would take a week.. Absolutely horrendous customer service..avoid this company like the plague.

The worst customer services, no respect and very rude. Their cars have problems and can't be driven.
