“They were amazing! Had a horrible experience for like 4 hours at the ubreak in Gahanna (had insurance and everything go through but they couldn’t fix the phone because of a system error in store). Cut my losses there and went into the University district one and they were top tier. Got my phone in super quick and got it done by the end of the day. Amazing management and techs! I would recommend them to anyone that would listen.”
“So some outside hanging lanterns my wife bought came with cheap rechargeable batteries. I immediately went to Batteries Plus website and found a perfect charger/battery combo at a reasonable price with a much longer batter life. Of course my local Batteries Plus had in store inventory so I was able to pick it up same day. I am a total Batteries Plus fanboy.”

“My experience with IFixx was great. From the very beginning, I left a message and they called back quickly. I missed their call and had a message back from them. When we finally did get in touch with each other, they were very knowledgeable about what I needed. I made an appointment and I was leery of meeting at a shared office space that didn't have their name on the storefront but it worked out fine. They were right on time for the appointment. I had cracks in my screen so they replaced it. It's like a new phone! When the time came for me to pick my phone up, I had a very hard time finding a parking space downtown. That, coupled with the traffic caused me to be about 20 minutes late which really stressed me out. The rep waited patiently for me and was calm as a cucumber even though I was so stressed about being late. I'll definitely go back to IFixx with future phone problems!”
