“My Motorola RAZR Internal Screen stopped functioning several weeks ago. The outer screen continued to work but was limited. I was able to figure out 95% of what I needed over the next several days. Yesterday I decided to get my new RAZR going...major things didn't get moved. I went to uBreakiFix on N High this morning and OMG! Zack worked on my phone for over an hour and what a Saint got all I really needed off my old phone! Thank you Zack ever so much for your patience and diligence in helping me today! I will totally recommend you all to anyone having Phone or Tablet Issues!!!”
“I'm probably too old to be a fair judge of pricing, but I was just under $100.00 for a battery replacement on a Samsung A32. It will be worth it if I get another 18 to 24 months of a functional cell phone in Columbus, Ohio.
Other than that, I am not fond of being called honey. However, I do understand that some people might find it charming.”

“Had two vintage Sansui receivers in for work and couldn't be happier with the results. They sound better than I would have dared to expect and their attention to detail regarding cleaning, polishing and details like lights and pots was just phenomenal. Taking an integrated amp in soon!

“My experience with IFixx was great. From the very beginning, I left a message and they called back quickly. I missed their call and had a message back from them. When we finally did get in touch with each other, they were very knowledgeable about what I needed. I made an appointment and I was leery of meeting at a shared office space that didn't have their name on the storefront but it worked out fine. They were right on time for the appointment. I had cracks in my screen so they replaced it. It's like a new phone! When the time came for me to pick my phone up, I had a very hard time finding a parking space downtown. That, coupled with the traffic caused me to be about 20 minutes late which really stressed me out. The rep waited patiently for me and was calm as a cucumber even though I was so stressed about being late. I'll definitely go back to IFixx with future phone problems!”

“It's been awhile since I've been in batteries Plus on North High Street in Columbus, Ohio. They have chains the format in the store. It looks very nice. Updated and modern. The customer service is outstanding. They approach you when you come in the store. They don't leave you looking for things. They ask you if you need help with anything. And I ended up getting two battery replacements that are lifetime in their Nationwide in any batteries. Plus if I move and I thought that was a good deal to have a lifetime battery for your for your key fobs, and they don't just have batteries. They sell a lot more than just batteries – think laptops, phones, and other electronics! They also carry car batteries, marine batteries, and more. Definitely recommend checking them out!”
