“I have had the best experience with Legit Electronics. Unfortunately I broke my screen display twice and both times I was able to call and be seen within ten minute. The process of replacing the screen took barely twenty minutes and was a seamless experience. Cory was incredibly helpful, friendly and explained everything very throughly! I would recommend them to everybody who needs quick, reasonably priced and quality service.”

“Just got my battery changed, while they didn’t have the initial one I bought the employee was incredibly professional and helpful with installing an alternative that worked for my car. Whole process only took about 15 minutes! But yeah the service was good enough I felt compelled to leave a positive review”

“I took a turntable in that I had put a week’s worth of work into restoring. Had a bad buzz when I hooked it up that I couldn’t solve. Took it in intent on letting them fix it and paying their service fees. I set it down, the tech looked at the RCA cables….and told me I used the wrong ones, speaker cables instead of coax. He sold me the cable I need and sent me on my way, for much less than it would have cost to have them fix the simple issue. Now, they easily could have taken it in, charged me the bench fee, service hours, parts, etc. But they had the integrity and honesty to tell me the issue and sell me the part instead. That is lacking in the business world, and I will forever be a customer when I need stereo service because of this interaction.”

“My experience with IFixx was great. From the very beginning, I left a message and they called back quickly. I missed their call and had a message back from them. When we finally did get in touch with each other, they were very knowledgeable about what I needed. I made an appointment and I was leery of meeting at a shared office space that didn't have their name on the storefront but it worked out fine. They were right on time for the appointment. I had cracks in my screen so they replaced it. It's like a new phone! When the time came for me to pick my phone up, I had a very hard time finding a parking space downtown. That, coupled with the traffic caused me to be about 20 minutes late which really stressed me out. The rep waited patiently for me and was calm as a cucumber even though I was so stressed about being late. I'll definitely go back to IFixx with future phone problems!”

“I’ve had so many good results in the past and love the individual who works in Glenville near Graceland, but I’ll tell you what I’ve seen the workers there underpaid and not giving any of the work ethic love that they deserve for everything they’re doing because they’re transitioning to another store It’s sad everyone there is underpaid and needs so much more. It’s an understatement to say how much I love this company before I saw them getting underpaid.”

“The sales associate was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about phones. He replaced my screen protector for me and did a good job of it.I gave 4 out of 5 stars for my review rating of this store, because the selection of colors and styles of phone cases for my type of phone was a bit limited.I would highly recommend this place.”
