Only deal with the lady. Do not deal with the man! My wife comes here, the man is always a jerk, the lady is always super nice and helpful. Never had any logistical problems, just the difference in customer service.

Today was my first experience at this location and I was in a huge hurry due to a printer malfunction. From the moment I walked in, Jennica greeted me and assisted throughout the time knowing I was in a panic. I was able to get what I needed in a timely manner. I will definitely be back.
