“I wanted to call out Alex at this location for not only being great at customer service but a fabulous human being. If I’m at Polaris I would drive across town to this location just because everyone is so nice! Keep at it Alex!!”

“As another reviewer pointed out, the box is out on the main road by the one of the entrances/exits of the parking lot to Titles building. It is placed on the passenger side but not close enough that you can reach out. You will have to park and walk up. Most people park right next to but it is technically no parking on that side of the road. Good location and daily pickup around 4-5pm”

“Convenient drop-off spot, since you can park in the college parking lot. I have come to drop packages off a couple of times, though, only to find it stuffed full with bundles that are obviously too big for it and should have been taken to a full-service location (I get it; I've also found myself at the same box wishing my package would just fit). Last drop off is the same for Ground and Air services: 7:30 pm, Mon-Fri.”
