Chelsea took care of me immediately, was super accommodating and super friendly, had no trouble completing my project, and had it ready at the appointed time! I will add this about Chelsea… There was an elderly lady who came in to print some copies in the self serve area. This individual was not familiar with how the machines worked and asked for help. Chelsea came out immediately. I was able to overhear the exchange. She was so kind and so patient and so very supportive of this rather lost individual, trying to use technology she was not familiar with. I was very impressed with that! That is truly going the extra mile in customer service! Way to go, Chelsea!”
