I can’t say enough good things about Italian Body Shop in Westerville. They really turned a stressful situation into a smooth experience. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful—they kept me in the loop every step of the way, from dealing with my insurance to setting up a rental car. My car was ready exactly when they said it would be, and it looked fantastic!
The estimate took a little time because they’re in high demand, but now I totally get why. Their service is worth the wait. Huge thanks to the team for going above and beyond!

Rocco, the staff, their communications, their work—everything exceeded my expectations. Rocco was very easy to work with, smoothly combining insurance-covered repairs alongside my own out-of-pocket additional work. He kept me in the loop when there were parts delays, and his estimates were always accurate! The results are flawless. I'm happy we worked with the IBS Collision team.

A raccoon destroyed my front bumper so I brought it to IBS. Dropped it off sunday night, by Wednesday at 10a.m. they had replaced all parts needed the new bumper was paint matched perfectly and installed professionally. I could not be happier with the results IBS produced for my car. I'm stupid about the car so I was worried something might not be good enough for me, but I have nothing but good things to say about the work, plus Rocco and Raylene were super cool. Thank you!

Took in my vehicle for hail damage. Roof was replaced and the rest of the body was fixed with paintless dent repair. Vehicle looks great! Rocco will make sure everything gets done right, and I will return if I ever need body work done again. Support a small business!

This past week I had a "little accident" in a nearby parking lot and needed to get it repaired ASAP. I started reaching out to near by auto body shops and no one could take a minute to speak with me to even schedule a time to come back. That is until I stopped in to IBS and crossed paths with Rocco. Of course, they were busy but he actually took 5 minutes to come out and look at my car right then...what? He discussed some options and then I inquired about scheduling an appointment and he replied that one of his guys could do it that afternoon. Wait...what??? They got it done and it looked amazing! I could not believe their level of commitment to customer service. Rocco doesn't know it yet but he has a customer for life...thank you!

Absolutely no complaints. The only hiccup I encountered was that the hood for my car was back ordered for MONTHS. No fault of IBS. They kept me informed as to when the hood would be in and car was done within the time frame they gave me.

It took a month to get an appointment for an estimate (they are popular), which I had within an hour after they looked at the car. They gave me an appointment for another month out (parts availability seems to be a universal problem due to supply chain issues). They replaced the back bumper on my 2012 Prius in less than 2 days, including painting and "baking". The color was a perfect match, and they returned the car very nicely washed. It even had shiny tires!

IBS was given my cat to repair through State Farm, they were extremely helpful and called me to keep me constantly updated. Although my car was deemed totaled by State Farm they did an amazing job at taking care of my needs and my vehicle!! Would definitely recommend and will be coming back for future repairs.

IBS did an amazing job repairing my fender & side! Priced reasonably, kept me updated, finished early, & friendly receptionist. When I pulled in, the sun shining on my car was radiant. They washed & waxed the whole outside AND vacuumed & cleaned the inside too! Wow.Service: Painting

Excellent service, very friendly and informative! I have already used IBS once and was happy now After hitting a deer, I am using them again to fix my car and when i called with questions Roger i believe it was answered my questions and explained the why to me which i really appreciated! I know the service will be just as good as the first one and my car will be like it was when I get it back!
