The usefulness of an older checkout cashier should never be underestimated. My cashier was very nice and helped me to save an extra 15% off my t-shirts, even if I wasn't accepted as a regular Kohl's shopper. It really helped me, because I didn't have enough credit to become a regular!

The Westerville store has the most friendly staff. The manager Ms. Micki always treated me like family and she gives free hugs :)

Very rude lady working the Amazon return desk this evening. She had a slight accent and was not friendly nor professional. You could tell that she hated her job. Perhaps she should be moved to a different position where she doesn’t interact with customers as this is unacceptable behavior in this industry.
