I'd give them a zero if it let me. It was snowing and freezing rain and there was no handicap parking places so we asked a worker if we could park in the curb service. Said sure since nobody was even using the pick up. Soon as we got some stuff someone yelled over the intercom to move our car immediately or it would be towed. We didn't run. We just got our stuff and paid. But the longer we didn't react the more and more mad the front end employees got. It only took one employee to see us park there and that employee told everyone it was our car. So, they were all watching as if we were thieves. When went to the car one female employee came up to us screaming at us for parking there. Other employees were standing at the front doors of the store watching us leave instead of doing their jobs. They said it on the intercom and that should have been enough. Why then did they follow us around and to the parking lot yelling and screaming? The entire scene was what it usually looks like when someone shop lifts. This was over a parking spot in a snow storm. A parking spot nobody even needed. This happened in Galloway Ohio on West Broad St. Kroger

I don't understand why the Kroger's at 1365 Stoneridge Dr, Gahanna, OH 43230, can't open their Customer Service area. Every time in the past month when I go there during my lunch hour (12-1pm) Their customer Service area is closed because they are short staffed! Are they trying to hire cashiers? I've never experienced this in other grocery stores. Please staff your store. Very frustrating to not get serviced, when I shop there every week.

Just placed my first and last order - highly disappointed in the quality of the produce, scallions half dead, mushrooms with brown rotting marks, yellow bell pepper was the smallest I’ve ever seen and it cost $1.50 ea. bananas so green it would take over a week to turn yellow. Lemons were so large and when you cut them, they were all skin with very little juice. Customer service was a joke could not answer questions and was on hold for 65 minutes on and off. Finally hung up and called back - again incorrect info given. MANAGEMENT TRAIN YOUR STAFF PROPERLY! Regarding your credit card, I was actually told the only way I could get a card was to apply for it in store only. Since there are no stored in central Florida, rep actually apologized because I would not be able to have one. Your web site app does not load properly. This has been the most frustrating experience ever. Never had this type of experience with Publix. By by….

August 30th 2024 at 8:04am I place a $180 pick up order for the Reynoldsburg store 6580 East Main st. THE WHOLE DAY GOES BY. At 4:12 pm the store manager Michelle calls and says “I’m sorry we are short staffed your order won’t be ready until about 7. I was originally supposed to pickup at 5. Why did you wait and call an hour before pickup I placed the order first thing this morning. You knew THEN you were short staffed. 7:30 pm rolls around…nothing. I call. “Michelle is my order ready”? No it hasn’t even been picked yet probably won’t be ready until 8:30-9:00. WHAAAAAAAAT!!!!! Was anybody going to call and tell me!!! I have small kids to feed. It got so late they ended up canceling my order lol. Here’s the kicker. It’s a holiday weekend. So guess who doesn’t get that money back until the middle of next week??? ME!! I get to spend the holiday weekend hot and hungry. Thanks Kroger you’re the best.

I use the Kroger in W Sycamore in Columbus. I do NOT have a complaint with that store. My problem is the automated answering device when I call to refill my prescriptions. It is the worst such device I have ever encountered. I am 76 years old and try to type in my prescription number and the voice comes on before I can fully enter in all the numbers. I try at least 2 times and then attempt to SAY my prescription my prescription and it comes back and says
“Sorry I didn’t get that.” Today was just the last straw. Either you do something to improve the interactions with customers or I will start conversations with anyone anywhere and complain to the general public. I intend to tell the pharmacist what’s been happening even though they are SO busy and I hate to bother them. No other company that I deal with has an automated system as bad as yours. What also happens is, I have to hang up and call back.
I just hope you get a new and user friendly system

Kroger on 1350 north high Street, Columbus Ohio 43201, the security stop me from using the restroom unless I buy something this was a terrible experience for me. They were even trying to fight me, I spent two to three hundreds a week shopping at Kroger and this is the first time I’ve such terrible experience, no wonder they closed down most of their stores because of the way they treat customers, I don’t think I will ever be shopping at Kroger again, the experience I had with the security guards is going to live with me for a long time.

Krogers on E. Main St. Columbus Ohio. I dropped off my prescription at 6pm on Tuesday April 23. He asked me what time did I want to pick it up. I said 930am. He reassured me it would be done. I came back on April 24 at 500 and my prescription was still not done. And I was told it would be another hour and a half.

Complete joke; Customer service is terrible, have been working on being able to place online orders for 3 months and nobody is able to fix our account. Most of the time they ask you to hold and just hang up.

I used to live on the west side of Columbus and went to Kroger‘s all the time now I live in Youngstown Ohio. I would like to see if we can get one down here close to us because I think it’ll be great money and opportunity for you to expand in other cities And I’m sure that the people around here will love the Kroger’s in our neighborhoods in the surrounding area of Youngstown, Boardman, Austintown, Niles, Ohio. I think it’ll be a great investment for your headquarters and company.

I love Kroger, Except my recent visit.I have recieved a Healthy benefit card to spend on my needs thru Medicare. After collecting my groceries, I proceeded to the check out. They scanned my groceries and I pulled out my phone, with my Healthy benefit mobile App. The clerk said he had never processed one of those, I said you just have to scan it.He proceeded to get the clerk from the front desk who said, we don't accept that. I said yes you do, I've used it before, you just scan it. She went to the desk and called the manager who said we don't accept that. I said I ve used it here and at 665, you just scan it. They would not even try. I left went to the place I hate wal-mart and purchased my groceries.Discussed with educated idiots.
