“I purchased a steelcase amia from this location, and I am very satisfied. The chair isn't in perfect condition, but for the price it was 100% worth it. It has some very minor visual scuffs, and one of the arms is a little wobbly, but otherwise it is in very good shape. It is clean, the padding feels good, and the fabric is in great condition.The person I bought the chair from was very helpful and knowledgeable. They had a plethora of chairs to test out, and that was a very nice thing to be able to do. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you want a nice office chair”

“If I could give more that 5 stars, then I definitely would! The customer service provided gos beyond what one would typically expect from a supplier. They are very knowledgeable about all the products they carry, as well as techniques to utilize the products.They are VERY reasonably priced; I think they are the most cost-friendly supplier that I have found yet. And what is even better than saving money on the supplies I get from them, is that they DO NOT sacrifice the quality or qty. to sell at a low price. “We purchased a beautiful Flexsteel sofa, 2 recliners, from them. It was all great until the one recliner decided not to work anymore. It has electric controls for the reclining, lumbar and headrest. We called the warranty dept, as they talked us into purchasing that when we bought the furniture. We called the warranty company and they sent someone out - 3 weeks later. He had no parts with him, was at our house for less than 5 minutes, told us is was the electric cord or maybe the panel and they would order it. Then we get a call telling us it is still under the stores warranty and they can't do it. We call the store, who then calls their service people (outsourced).Then another guy shows up, still no parts with him and he says it is the motor not the cord. They say they will order it, they even took a picture of the actual part and #. Then 2 more weeks later we get the motor shipped to us, the guy comes out - wrong motor. We call the store again, they will order the part. I sent him pictures of the motor with the part number. Again, 2 weeks later we receive the wrong motor. Now we are sitting on another 3 weeks and still have no chair. We have complained about the customer service, asked for a new chair, and no response, except they are sorry. However, "Sorry" doesn't allow me to use my chair for the last 4 months! We paid over $1,548 for this chair!This is the most unacceptable customer service I have ever received or witnessed. I sold appliances for a living and none, not one, of my customers ever went thru this type of service. I always made it right.Another email was sent today, will I get a positive result or another, "I'm sorry."***UPDATE: Synopsis...We're sorry, Flexsteel is sorry". But wait for it...now the part won't be in until July 14th! So it will now be almost 5 months without a chair!***UPDATE: The Owner was informed of the situation, called me and has made this right. I will be receiving a new chair, which is scheduled for delivery on Monday, July 3rd. I appreciate his help in the situation, and making it right for the customer. He won back his customer.”

“Meyers Landscape is fairly new to OBS and had leased 1 copier from them but was considering switching for our main location copier. They were competing with our current lease company and stepped to the plate and worked with me on every request I made and also were the best price. The installation went very well and faster than I thot and we have been super happy with the copier and the service and how they have responded to our needs. I HIGHLY recommend them and I am not one to give out praise unless it is earned. So happy we switched.”

“I've been doing business with Norm at Central Ohio Copier Supply for several years through the office where I work. I have a lot of respect for him as a businessman and as a person. My office buys thousands of dollars worth of toner per purchase and we get multiple price quotes for each purchase. We shop for the lowest price we can find from a reputable source. I have found Norm at Central Ohio Copier Supply to be conscientious, honest and willing to take a smaller profit than other suppliers. Therefore, he often gets the toner order. Call Norm because he is well connected and can find most anything. Call him because he is an ethical businessman. Call him for a good price on your office supplies. But just call him. He's a good guy.”

“Great OfficeMax location. I was greeted by three different people during my trip to OfficeMax. I use the print shop which Marc, the manager informed me about their member rewards program. Definitely a must have for anybody who owns a business or has a lot of printing or purchasing needs. I was able to buy a large dry, erase magnetic Bored for 1999 that retails at $73 so I bought two! I still love brick and mortar stores where you get to work with humans who care our friendly and extremely helpful A+ five stars to all the employees working tonight. You are very appreciated!!”
