4800 Evanswood Dr, Columbus OH 43229
“Funny story here! I was at the BMV about a half of a mile from CRI Digital. I needed to print something and checked surrounding areas and this business was one of the options. I arrived and was welcomed by Marcelo. I asked about printing services and he stated that they actually sell printers and are not a printing service company, per se. However, Marcelo offered to print what I needed anyway, which I greatly appreciate. I met another employee who was very kind and we talked about the printer business in our fast-paced technological, digital world. I wanted to write a ln amazing review for them as small businesses are crucial for our economy. If they helped a stranger by printing a 2 page document due to my own error, I would imagine they operate a trustworthy business. Check them out and know that you will receive phenomenal customer service!!! Thank you, Marcelo and team!!!”

“I needed an office chair because I’m temporarily working in Columbus while caring for my son who just had an organ transplant. I was looking for something used as my budget is very tight due to our circumstances. Hannah helped me choose something that fit my needs and when I asked if they would possibly take a little off the price, Hannah asked the manager (I am assuming, he wouldn’t give me his name except to say it was Santa) and he made me an amazing deal!!! They were incredible: kind, compassionate and a ton of inventory to choose from. If you’re in the Columbus area and need office furniture, you cannot go wrong by choosing The Bradley Company!!”

“Needed a chair for the work from home office. Great selection of chairs. Staff was attentive and provided several value options to choose from. Found the right chair and had me on my way. Staff offered to answer any questions and or help if fit is not right after purchase shows commitment to getting you the right equipment to get the job done. Definitely recommend this small local business over big box stores.”

“I've been doing business with Norm at Central Ohio Copier Supply for several years through the office where I work. I have a lot of respect for him as a businessman and as a person. My office buys thousands of dollars worth of toner per purchase and we get multiple price quotes for each purchase. We shop for the lowest price we can find from a reputable source. I have found Norm at Central Ohio Copier Supply to be conscientious, honest and willing to take a smaller profit than other suppliers. Therefore, he often gets the toner order. Call Norm because he is well connected and can find most anything. Call him because he is an ethical businessman. Call him for a good price on your office supplies. But just call him. He's a good guy.”

“Jeff and the staff at Downtown Computers were friendly and super helpful on my computer repair. Diagnosed my issue, let me get the part I wanted and brought it in for install and stress test. They are a busy bunch and it will take a few days to get your work done (3 for me) but know that they will do it right and not charge you an arm and a leg. Thanks again downtown computer crew!”

“Can be hit or miss depending on wants in stock. Most of what they have is used rental furniture, but its mostly from corporate rentals so it's in pretty good shape and can have a nice discount. They do stock new items to fill the store out. If you are looking for a mid sized TV this might be your place!”

“Store is great. Staff is great. Would be 5 stars if I didn’t have to be hassled by people outside of the store trying to get me to buy a subscription service of some kind. If it was once in awhile I could get past it but they seem to always be there.”

“I hate poor customer service. Unfortunately that’s what I had to deal with today at Best Buy located next door. I needed some office equipment and was unable to make the purchase due to their lack of service and walked out. I look to my right and “Office Depot” subliminally drew me over. I was greeted by the store manager, Tye and $1051 later, I was a member and another very Satisfied Customer!!!! Thank you for helping me and my business to grow. As an Entrepreneur, I will never cut corners or sacrifice my values, morals or my mission in doing my part to leave the wool better than I found it! Thank you Office Depot!!!!”
