I wish they had sidewalk access from the bus stop on Polaris Parkway. They might be able to persuade the city of Westerville to add the sidewalk, since Westerville is currently expanding their sidewalk network in most places at no cost.

Love this branch in particular. They are incredibly friendly and know you by name. It is a highlight for my 87 year old mom to go to the bank and the entire staff makes her feel so special even when she tries to deposit her “Danbury dollars”.

I love this branch. So many great people work there. I always get great service while doing my business banking and my wife gets great personal banking service as well.
