“So I had a very peculiar issue with money taken out of my checking acct by way of substitute check, which did not have my signature, routing number, or any valid identifications making it my acct even though it was processed and withdrawn through my acct. Super weird right? Well Miss Annabelle assisted me and got to the bottom of it marking it up to some crazy fluke in processing and clerical errors plus other things that she had never seen before. Someone had too much eggnog at the other ladies bank I think... BUT she got everything handled quickly and swiftly which really saved my tail, so she should be granted the title of Supreme Overlord of this location at least for a day, and also should have her own theme music of her choosing to be used at her own discretion! I think that's fair. Thanks Annabelle you're the best!! :) Someone give this girl a raise! Also the mystery dum dum was stellar, thank you. No idea what flavor it was though. Key lime pie? Chase ATM, 875 North State Street, Westerville“Pleased with the results of a recent interaction. Had a problem w/Worthington Square Chase. After wasting approximately 45 mins of my time at a scheduled appointment there the clerk: J. Salmeron was unable to offer any solution to my issue and provided no useful advice. I left and called another nearby Chase Bank (Westerville/Polaris). I explained my issue and the lady Kimberly Coker asked when I could stop by. I visited Westerville/Kim a couple of days later and she resolved the issue for me. Kimberly deserves a gold star for helping me out with an issue the Worthington Square Chase apparently didn't feel was worth their time or effort to help me out with.”

The employees are always very friendly and helpful. Sometimes it does get busy and appears that there are not enough people and it usually is settled pretty quickly. The one thing I did learn is that they no longer take your loose change and count it for you. They will provide the wrappers but you need to fill them. This bummed me out because that was such a handy feature to have. Forced me to buy my own coin counter. Look for the friendly smiles and the courteous welcomes and you know you've found the place to bank. It's awkward on how you enter here but once you know you utilize the same entry as Tim Horton's you've found your way!”

630 S State St, Westerville“We've banked with Huntington for many years and have never had any problem. Branches are readily available in other nearby states, which helps when traveling. Whether we see familiar faces at the drive-thru or need to go into a branch, we are always met with friendly, courteous employees. The ease of using the online smartphone app is of course an added bonus. Admittedly, you need to choose carefully which branch to go to (some are obviously bigger and busier than others) and which day of the week you should go if you need to go inside to speak to a bank officer. Mid-week seems to be less busy. Although we use two different banks, Huntington is our primary bank. They have saved our butt a couple of times when they have called me to tell me my bank card may be compromised. Just this year we got a phone call asking us to notify the fraud department because there was some suspect activity on our account. After talking to the bank officer, we determined that indeed items had been purchased without approval. The next day we went to a branch to fill out the simple paperwork to state we had not authorized the purchases, allow a legal investigation and begin the fast process to have our money returned. The bank officer was very friendly and helpful and made the entire process quick and easy and the money was returned to our account within days.”
