“Back on December 2 I was involved in an accident where a guy went through a stop sign and basically sideswiped my jeep. I work for an AutoZone in my area and we work with fine line delivering parts in what not to them immediately I knew where I needed to go and Bill in the staff at fine line took incredible care of me. They were able to get me into a rental, they were able to make sure that I was taken care of. Communication was fantastic from the get… I would highly recommend fine line to anybody that’s been into an accident and needs to get some major body work Done. “Great experience from beginning to end. My brand new car got hit by a Cincinnati Streetcar after the Bengals lost to the Ravens, and from the close loss, to say I was upset was an understatement. Couldn't get it duct taped up, and driving it while it was hanging down from the back, dragging 'forward' didn't appeal at all.I called Speedway as soon as they opened, and they told me to bring it in. “20231017 - I called here and spoke to Shannon (Manager) to explain and schedule a problem with my hitch running lights.When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted and attended to by Becky. We touched base on the request and expectations regarding an installed U-Haul hitch (installed a couple years back) in which the running lights were not working. Becky provided plenty of insight and information on the approach. Becky explained the problem after she diagnosed it and the steps required to remediate the issue. Becky did an amazing job and had me back on the road very promptly.On the other hand, the other person at the counter did not appear "customer service" attentive.I have seen many folks at this place through the years, Becky is a clear winner. Shannon, give Becky a raise ASAP (inflation is real, job needs to be meet the market) and keep her around before she finds another opportunity.For anyone visiting this place, ask for Becky - she was amazing and detailed oriented as it relates to customer service and hitch repair.”

“We needed a tow and didn't know what to expect but it was an extremely easy pleasant process!The gentleman that answered the phone was great, he gave an estimate of an hour and said the driver would give us a call when he was on the way.The driver called earlier than expected and he was a nice guy.He drove the car up onto the tow truck and dropped it off at the dealership.He even walked in to give us the keys even though we were on our way out to him the moment we saw him.It was way easier than I ever imagined getting a tow would be. I highly recommend Maynard's.”
“I’ve had my vehicle repossessed by them in the past by the Cincinnati crew. I had no issue at all with any of their personnel or my personal property. I however am a person who takes ownership of my mistakes or situations and went in without having an attitude. Nor did I project any hostility toward individuals who deal everyday with angry people. You get what you give in this life. If you don’t like the road you are currently on don’t take it out on others just doing their job. That road you are riding on and the road your vehicle is being towed away on… Is your own ASPHALT!!! Be better!”
