I really like that they have loaner cars if needed. Our Honda CrossTour has a number one cylinder issue and most likely requires ultimately a rebuild. However, the mechanic gave me an option not to spend the money now and have me in about every six months to change out the number one spark plug and get an oil change with synthetic oil and I could defer the service later. We’ve done this now two times and the car runs great. We will ultimately get the rebuild done, but are pleased that this saved us thousands of dollars. I actually had this evaluated at three places and their quote was the most competitive for the rebuild. No matter the service needs, Harris Automotive does it in an efficient and professional way. I’d recommend their business to anyone. And now that they have added the expansion they will most likely be able to turn more services in the day. Our time is valuable and they take that into consideration when trying to meet your service needs and get your car back to you as soon as possible.”

Within a few hours they called to say the lines from the transmission were bad, too. It's always cheaper to fix things early on. Still had it ready to pick up within 24 hours.
