“My fur baby loves everyone here. Everyone is very welcoming and nice and has such a great vibe. My baby just turned one on our last recent visit, she took him in the back and I just heard them cheering for him and saying it’s his birthday month and I'm sure showing him lots of love. Love it. They are also very thorough and follows up.”

“Great veterinary care!!! My dog almost completely ripped off her dewclaw when she fell on a patch of snowy ice and concrete late at night, and I called the next morning to see if someone would be able to help her. Dr. Horvath was so kind fitting her in after completing his morning surgeries, all of his staff was so very helpful and I felt she would be in good hands. It was our first visit since Dr. Nash retired, and Missy and I will continue to come here for her veterinary care. Everyone made us feel welcome, answered all my questions and helped put my mind at ease, followed up the next day because she had sedation and surgical removal of her destroyed dewclaw, and most importantly - took wonderful care of my sweet girl.”
“The office fee is now $73 just to see the vet, when it used to be closer to $50. It is $100 to get my cat rabies vaccinated. I’m being priced out of Banfield. The monthly OWP plans feel predatory, as they auto-renew into another 12-month contract by default when you signup. It’s unfortunate that the contract is written with no way to opt out of auto-renew without calling Banfield corporate, which is notoriously difficult to reach.
The staff and clinic are wonderful. They always treat me and my pet with care and kindness. My only small critique is that they still take pets “to the back” by default during appointments. If you ask, they’ll do the exam in the room, but you have to specifically request it.
Overall, great staff and availability, but corporate pricing and policies have become unreasonable; prices have increased 30–40% since 2020 ?”

“I don’t leave reviews often but they have been the kindest and most caring vets I’ve communicated with even giving us advice over the phone on a minor injury when we didn’t know if our cat needed emergency care. I really appreciate how understanding they are and helpful. Definitely taking all my pets there from now on”
