I just started shopping here about 6 months ago and have had the best experience. The clothes are well made and stylish and the staff is amazing. Every time I have received personal attention and perfect suggestions to match my preferences. Thank you all for old fashioned customer expereince.

I stopped by Ann Taylor at Crocker Park yesterday evening (8.2) to buy a suit, and I had such an amazing experience!The two ladies working were absolutely phenomenal. I really wish I would’ve asked for their names in order to properly express my gratitude.I’m a first-generation law student and needed lots of help finding professional clothes. They did such an excellent job giving recommendations and advice. They were patient, enthusiastic, and made me super excited about my new clothes!I cannot thank those ladies enough for all of their help!

I've never thought of buying nor walking through Ann Taylor. The only reason was I needed some work wear quickly and someone suggested this store. I always thought it was mall wear. With that said, I walked in with no one else in the store. I was greeted. Yet, when I asked questions about fits etc., it wasn't friendly. I continued to ask things from the dressing room (in my bare feet) and was told to 'hold on' and 'I'll see'. I thought I would get someone excited to dress me and offer suggestions. (I did retail at 19), yet this wasn't the situation. After I decided on some items I came to the cashier bundled with all of my clothes (no offer to take them to the front while I was trying on). As I was cashing out was the first time I got a 'Ok, welcome'. Honestly, I've traveled extensively and shopped a million places. This was the most dismissive and unhelpful. Surprising since it's a mall brand. I'll be taking back some of the items. If I decide to purchase anything else I'll do it online.Be nicer. It doesn't cost you a thing.

What happened to the selection at the store? I go in there and I feel like there are maybe 30 to 40 items to choose from. I remember back in 2013 this store was packed to the gills with a wide selection and sizes. The people who worked here were fantastic and always wanted to help me put together an entire outfit instead of just selling me a t-shirt or a pair of pants. Not so much the case now. I don't know that in the 20 to 30 times I've walked into this store since COVID has ended that anyone has ever approached me much less. Have I ever bought anything. It's a real shame. I do know the quality of a lot of the product has gone. Downhill no longer do they offer cashmere sweaters. This was always the go-to place but not so much anymore. The least they could do is have great customer service but they don't have that either. I'll just keep ordering online as I appear to be my best customer service person for this store online

DON'T BOTHER - PURCHASE ONLINE. There were only 2 guests in line with 1 other guest at the counter -- the employee handling her transaction berated the guest about making a credit card payment stating that the line was "way too long" and they were "way too busy" (no one in line was bothered). Once I got up to the counter the employee then berated me for making a return at a time when they were "so busy" and "barely had anyone working". Then, when I showed her that one item was coming undone at the sleeve, she proceeded to put it with all the other items to go back out on the floor.

Carol is great. Very nice and professional and smart. The other staff is just okay. I have been there when 2or 3 people were steaming clothes and talking while I walked around with clothes and offered no help. And I have often been ignored in the dressing room. This is truly the only store where you can find modern fashionable career clothes for over 40 women.

Love this place here! They made everyone feel welcome and it's obvious they have an adoring client base. The shop was super organized and if you wanted help, it's readily there.
