“Excellent customer service. Was provided a ride home and a pick up once car was ready. Driver was friendly and courteous. Complementary car wash. Only criticism is that I was charged $18 additionally for using a cc and was told after the fact that there would not have been a charge if I used a debit card, which I could have done.”
“I’ve been getting work done from hs tuning for about a year now and have never had any complaints. Matt, Jeff and the shop crew do great work and are very knowledgeable and skilled in what they do no matter if it’s general maintenance like tires, oil changes, etc or heavy performance modifications, whether your a car enthusiast or just need something fixed give them a call. They never disappoint and are reasonably priced for whatever type of work you need done. Specializing in VW, BMW, Audi, and Porsche this is the place to go, certified Apr dealer and they have access to just about anything you need including oem and aftermarket parts. I get all my work done here and will never go back to a dealership or anywhere else.”
“Recall was performed on our Ford F150 Matt gave us updates on the procedure due to the fact that it was taking quite a while longer than expected it was successfully completed I would recommend Ken Ganley Ford Parma”

“Very efficient and friendly. Dustin did a great job getting my car looked over. I had it towed in and by the end of the day I had a service check and recommendation for a repair. Very pleasant experience.”
