“I believe my car is getting good care at AutoNation Ford Westlake. However they made a scheduling mistake and now they expect me to pay for their mistake.
I bought a maintenance package when I bought my car there. I was told that routine maintenance was going to be covered to 60 thousand miles or 6 years, which ever comes first. My first routine maintenance was scheduled for 5,000 miles and I was told I should bring the car in at 5,000 mile intervals. The sticker on my windshield reflects that 5,000 mile interval. However at my last maintenance the service department said I only had one oil change left. I knew I bought the best maintenance program and my car was not at 60,000 miles or 6 years old. Then I was told that my service interval should have been 7,500 miles and I only get 8 oil changes! That was the first time I heard any of this.
At the present time this problem has not been resolved and I am not very happy about it.”
“Great experience honestly. I had an issue, they got my car in same day, told me what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix. They didn't have an issue with me ordering my own part from Amazon to save money (Mitsubishi Dealership mufflers are expensive!!). They got the work done the same day I got the part. They gave me a reasonable price and they were nice dudes. I'll be back ?”

“Took my 2018 f 150 to have both of the aluminum sides on my bed replaced and repair front end damage and bumper. They got right on my truck when i dropped it off and it came back looking perfect as the day i bought it new. Would definately use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing collision repairs.”

“Our family has been going to Radair for YEARS. Dino and his crew are extremely respectful, honest and priced fairly. Went in for oil change, tire rotation and breaks. Upon arrival I was told I didn’t need new breaks, as mine were totally fine. Most places would just take your money and run. We will continue to use them for years to come and highly recommend to anyone in or around the area! The cookies they provide when you pick up your car are an added bonus that make getting your car fixed that more warm and inviting.”
