“My cars battery light came on yesterday and everywhere else i went for a potential battery replacement gave me an estimated 1-2 day wait period. I came to auto zone just to find out there was nothing wrong wrong with the battery or my alternator aside from minor corrosion on the positive terminal. Zac assisted me with my dilemma in less then 15 min. The battery light is no longer lit & my car is running perfectly. Excellent service!”

“I’ve been here twice in the last few months and both times the staff were very helpful. The first time was because I needed coolant for my car. The employee was nice enough to put some in my car for me before I left. Went again today (5/24/23) because I thought I needed a new battery. The employee was super nice and offered to come out and test the battery just to make sure. Thankfully, the battery reader he used said my battery was great. Will come back in the future for my car needs.”

“I had what seemed to be an out of warranty or maybe non warranty covered repair related to my phone connection to the vehicle's system....it was a tough to diagnose issue with lots of labor...the vehicle is only a few years old under 50k mileage. Ganely covered the diagnosis labor and the repairs...I was really impressed and thankful. They even provided a loaner vehicle for free during the repairs. Thanks Ganely! What great service!”

“Too bad I can't give it 10 stars - to both the dealership and Malik! I started my car search at a different dealership who was very high pressure and trying to sell me things I didn't want. Then I found a 2016 Mazda CX-5 with only 26K miles on it - a car that I thought I was interested in at Ken Ganley. When I went to inquire about it, Malik was the salesperson who helped me. Turned out the car wasn't quite ready because it had just been traded in so they were servicing it. Malik kept in touch to let me know the progress and when the car would be ready. They replaced all tires and brake pads as part of the servicing. When I went to test drive the car, everything went as smoothly as possible. The car looked brand new inside and out! Malik was pleasant and extremely helpful! Zero pressure on anything! I knew I had no interest in signing up for any extended warranties and nobody tried to pressure me about it (unlike at the last place where I purchased a vehicle and the finance manager would not stop the pressuring to sign up for everything). Michael, the finance manager at Ken Ganley, was pleasant and again, same service - helpful, no pressure, and very quick to process everything. I'm not planning on getting another car anytime in the near future, but when I do, it will definitely be Ken Ganley, and hopefully Malik. I will certainly refer anyone who is in the market their way. Thank you for a painless process - you have no idea how much I appreciated it.”
