Katie was incredibly helpful, kind, and informative — she answered all of my questions about tarot as a beginner and made me feel really comfortable learning something new. I wanted to make sure management knows how amazing her customer service is. Every time I shop here I’m greeted right away by the team, and I always leave with a fun new item. This store consistently makes shopping feel welcoming and enjoyable!”
“It's a to go place when you need to buy good quality clothes with affordable prices. The downside is that not always you can find what you're looking for. Overall I would recommend going there frequently but not necessary buying all the times.”

From the moment I walked in with a pretty out‑there request, she was patient, kind, and never once made me feel rushed or like I was asking for too much. She answered every question I had, went above and beyond to help both my daughter and me, and made sure we left completely happy with what we found. I could not be more pleased with the experience, and because of Ciara’s outstanding customer service, I will definitely be returning to this store.”
“The staff is very nice here. My wife and I were wandering around looking at all the cool stuff and I tried on a mask or two. Hours later I realized that I had lost one of my very expensive hearing aids and thought of the masks I had tried on. So we went back to the store and started looking around. A young lady employee called for help on the radio and another young lady helped us look around and FOUND THE TINY LITTLE THING! So awesome to help us find a $2200 little thing the size of a dime. Super staff at the Great Northern, North Olmsted location!”

“Was here the other day with some friends and one of the employees with blue hair was pretty mean to us, and seemed like she didn't want us in the store, we did ring out with someone else who was much nicer though. Overall a nice store other than the one employee”
