“I love the clothing! Sales associates were professional, but possibly understaffed at Crocker Park as both times I came in to pick up an online order, there was a considerable wait, even with only one or two other customers in the store. Haven't had that problem in Strongsville, though!”

“I actually want to give 5 stars because of one person at the Westlake store but I'm giving 4 stars because I have seen this one employee at like 3 different stores and then just a few days ago I overheard someone saying he doesn't make enough for all the work he does and I feel like they make him do alot of the harder work because he's older than they are, he's an older, handsome Hispanic man with a grey goatee and the nicest smile and this man is a definite asset for DSW shoes but you guys need to pay that man what he's worth! he keeps those stores clean and looking nice, I enjoy shopping when the store looks nice and clean! and mind you I've been to the strongsville and north olmsted stores and I saw him working in both those stores! and dsw needs more of what this man does so that their stores won't look such a mess! because those stores were messy until he started working there! also your alarm system doesn't work because I bought shoes and the girl forgot to remove the security tag but it didn't go off until I walked into another store and it looked like I stole something from that store but we checked and it was the security tag from the shoes I bought from DSW! which says to me that their security system doesn't work and that's something that needs to be fixed immediately.”

Nada, the sweetest person I have ever met, is always courteous and makes me feel like I’m the best customer. She’s the example of how all cashiers should be. Liz is another great employee. Very patient and helpful. I was in a bad mood and I was being rude to her but she stayed professional and helped me with a smile on her face. She turned my mood around and made my day!”

He walked me through the results, helped me find the right shoes, and matched me with insoles tailored to my feet. The difference has already been noticeable. I never felt pressured to buy anything, and the customer service was excellent throughout.
