I got a bike for my grandson at Christmas. They gave me a hard time on returning it on January the 10 they said only 48 hours. Return. I died what. When I both it I explained my grandson was hard to buy for she said that's ok. I took care of the bike no riding it. All the paper work was there beautiful clean. The lady manager at the Strongsville store. Made me feel like shit. Very mean. Very rude. But then she look over the bike could see it it was still nice. She changed her mind. She said refund me she walk away Being very rude. I thank her. Told her I will never be back. I just left the bike in the floor cause no one got it they all did not care

Is it just me or did anyone else notice the upside down sign of the cross for Dicks sporting good. It's right outside the building. Other than that the place is fine except the shoe department is lacking, employees don't want to work nor bother themselves to help the customer

Ordered a bike online and drove an hour and 40 minutes there and an hour and 40 minutes back because it couldn’t be shipped and that was the only store pickup somewhat close to me, and then after it also taking another 40 minutes to finally be given the bike after arriving because they couldn’t figure out what to do for some reason. After arriving home we notice that a spoke in the front wheel is SEVERELY bent to the point that it can’t be fixed, and the wheel has a hop in it, and even better, the tire also has a giant gouge in it! This bike hasn’t even been ridden yet and it’s like this. And also after giving the bike a look over it seems very improperly put together. The stem face plate is tightened very uneven, the stem is crooked, the bars are almost upside down, and the brake’s BARELY even stop the bike, like they dangerously barely work. So over 3 hours of our time wasted. And then can’t even ride the bike this weekend like planned so plans are also now ruined! ALSO at first they almost gave us an extra large bike, and the extra large bike was covered in a CRAZY amount of scratches, I would’ve refused it because the amount of scratches even if it was the right size. Also was never offered replacement plan or protection plan or anything during entire interaction. Called the customer service number and they said I could return the bike I bought the last bike in stock! And then offered $20 off a future purchase which is in points. Very disappointed!!

I went to this location on Sunday, August 27th. I was looking for a backpack. Nike to be specific. Just had a mishap at Kohl's where they took money from my account so I didn't have all the funds needed to purchase backpack. The cashier Jaden was so awesome. Same with the manager Daina! They made my whole entire weekend! We need more people like that in the world. Thank you again Daina and Jaden!

Walking around the shoe department with shoe in hand to try on since they keep everything in the back. No one approached me. Walked by employee several times with shoe in hand, never asked if I needed help. They were too busy chit chatting and putting up new signs. So annoyed.

Big shoutout and thanks to Greg in the shoe department. He took the time to listen to my questions and concerns, and helped me find a pair of running shoes that were best for me. They work great! Excellent and knowledgeable customer service. If you need shoes, ask for Greg.

Extremely crowded parking, with zero actual spots for pickup.i ordered for curb side, couldn’t park and spent 29 minutes trying to find a spot to just pick up an order. I finally find a spot and go in store and I had to wait 20 minutes in a very long line just to get my order that I already paid for. Would not recommend this location.

was being followed around by a worker in the store for absolutely no reason. i noticed it at first but then i didnt think nothing of it she probably was just looking around then thats when i went straight down the shoe aisle and i noticed she was still right behind me following me down the aisle… finally i turned around because i thought it was a bit odd and the lady did all of that just to ask me if i needed help with anything, like excuse me? why did you have to directly follow me while i was in the shoe aisle?? did you think i was going to end up stealing!? why did i seem so suspicious to you? i felt very uncomfortable and unwelcomed. but i eventually bought some crocs and the lady at the register was really nice to me so i guess that was a good experience but the following me part was very unnecessary

I hate to say people were over friendly, but by the time I was done buying softball things for four kids the same employee had asked how we were doing five times, plus many other employees as well. It was complete overkill but I appreciate the sentiment.
