“One associate that helped me was very friendly, I don't remember her name but she was working at the register and had dark hair. There were items I wanted to get but weren't in stock so she checked on the computer for me right there and was super friendly, and had remembered me from being in the store prior. There was also another sales associate who had blonde hair who I asked to check the size on the inside back of my shirt for me that I had gotten from UO that I was wearing, and I felt very comfortable and she was very helpful as well. The only thing was I wasn't asked if I had UO rewards but that was because I had told the cashier I had $5 off from being a UO rewards member. This store is very professional and friendly which I appreciate very much! Cute clothing too!”
