“Alicia made our experience of getting our 6 month olds ears pierced AMAZING!!!! She was so kind, calm, and caring. She understood how nervous I was, and walked me through the entire thing. She was professional, excellent with my daughter, and took her time while also having control of the whole process in a timely manner. I will forever recommend this location for all piercings! “Francescas is like by far one of my favorite stores. I love the clothes and accessories. I love all the little trinkets and fun gifts. Such a great shop.
I haven't had a bad experience at any of the shops and I've probably been to most of them in NE Ohio.
The staff, they really go above and beyond. I've had such amazing associates help me. They've always been helpful, they always have conversations with me. I know it's part of their job to talk to the customers, it at least always seems like they genuinely care, so I'll take that as good service. They make me feel like they care, I dont get a lot of adult conversation and a little goes a long way.
Each shop pretty much stocks the same product, some of them are not available in shop, but they are online. So one shop might have this in stock but another one won't get it in at all.
Definitely recommend stopping into one of the Francesca's boutiques, you won't be disappointed!”

I just wanted to say my daughter works at urban air near the pandora Store and she bought me a gold charm bracelet . unfortunately it’s wayyyyy too big . my daughter misplaced the receipt. I am going to the Pandora store tomorrow. Fingers crossed and I hope I don’t have a bad experience. I will follow up with my experience, hopefully it is pleasant..
