“Was seen @Urgent Care almost immediately after arriving. They provided excellent service. I was in great pain, so they sent me elsewhere to get an X-ray bcuz their tech went home for the day. YES, will highly recommend n will return again in the future. Minus star though bcuz the guy @front desk of bldg was NOT so nice to me (not @Urgent Care front desk); highly recommend to send him to Customer Service Training.”

“Not specific to this location, but with my convenience in mind, Tiairria, in scheduling, thought of everything! I'll be walking to & from & she scheduled 2 of 3 appointments in the same morning & answered my other questions. It's great to be so considered.”
“I was here twice this past week and both phlebotomists seemed friendly and competent. Waiting room was average. Both times I was called in in 5 minutes or less. (I had an appointment)
I really don't get the complaints about the building... I'd call it somewhat vintage but not dark or creepy lol. It gave me nostalgia for my college. As for finding it, just make sure you pass building 1 and you're at building 2. I enter at the semi-spanish porte-cochere and use the stairwell immediately on the right, but there's 2 elevators beyond the second set of doors. Floor 3, end of the hall. There are signs, but the sign was on the floor when I visited.”
“This place is better than metro emergency hospital, if you would like doctor to take care you fast, this place doesn’t waste your time.they don’t make you wait hours to pay like other hospitals in the area.When I have some emergency I don’t go to any emergency hospital, I go to this clinic for treatment.”

“I love this hospital! I've been going for years !! The staff is friendly and helpful! I've never had an issue. I go to dr. Greene and my specialist every 3 months their the best!! Also I have alot going on with Diabetes, arthritis., and lupus!
So I've been in almost every department In this Hospital and other UH, Hospitals. Please if your looking for a place try this one, and their Doctor and services are 5 star!!”
