“Went to the store for the first time on December 9th, 2025. The customer service was fantastic. I’ve been a CPAP user for almost 20 years and needed to update some equipment. The service I received was absolutely excellent. -The best I’ve ever received!! They explained all of the equipment, how it works, updated my mask and was able to answer every single question. I highly recommend this store for all your CPAP supplies.”
“I have been dealing with Brittany and Jessica from this location in North Olmsted, Ohio for Oxygen and oxygen supplies. I have to say they have been the best at walking me through the entire process and making sure I have the correct oxygen and supplies. They both have really taken the time and have not rushed me when explaining the different types of oxygen tanks which can be confusing in itself! They both are sweet young ladies and I’m glad I’ve gotten to know them a bit! Also I believe Steve is the last driver that delivered my supplies and he went above and beyond checking all of my machines/filters.
