“Canterbury Creek Gardens has the most magnificent mallows! We bought a mallow with red and green leaves and red flowers! We could not buy any tomato plants, it’s not time to buy them yet!”
“Stopped in for the first time today. There are SO many petunias and begonias. They have a huge selection of flowers ready to plant and even a few houseplants. I bought a lovely coral colored begonia and a hoya australis lisa. Havent seen either of those in stores. I would highly recommend looking here first for spring color and summer starter plants! The amount of proven winners pots is quite surprising.”
“My second time shopping at Uncle John’s and I couldn’t have been more pleased once again. This time I was trying to purchase a live house plant arrangement to take to a funeral home for a family member because I was appalled at what florists charge for house plants. It warmed my heart to be able to pick the pot, The ribbon And all five plants and watch it all come together and pick a card to put in a spike, too. Emma worked with me for almost an hour to create this sympathy gift and they charge $10 to put it all together. Emma was great. I don’t think I’ll use a florist ever again. I even think this helped with my grief.”

“I've ordered mulch and firewood from them. The mulch was fine. Very good quality and I'm very happy with it. The firewood came covered in mud and was very wet. Not seasoned. Further, there were many large pieces that weren't split, this is the worst firewood I've ever gotten.Edit: Kurtz called me and they made it right. I appreciate them taking accountability and doing the right thing.”
“You get what you pay for!!! This place is a little pricey but these plants are resilient little buggers! My husband and I are astounded that our dear clematis has bounced back from two near death experiences. The first was my son plucking every flower petal off and then it being neglected in the pot because it looked terrible. I had to fish it out of the garbage bin because my husband just wanted the ugly thing gone but I plucked it out and finally planted it late fall. The next Spring, it came back gracefully, then battled a hard blight over the summer and I had to chop most of it off. I tried Vitax Clematis feed and boom! This beauty has come back full force for a fall flush! You just can't find this quality from Lowes or Menards, etc. Spend the money if you want quality plants! Also, I highly recommend Vitax Clematis feed.”

“I have never seen a better set up bathroom for a store. They had a flip out stool for my 3 yr old to stand on so we could actually wash his hands. Then they had paper towels insteadof that air dryer that scares him and they had a door that pushed out so you didn't have to waste towels to open the door. Thank you so much for thinking of everyone that uses the bathroom. It was also incredibly clean!”

“Came to this Home Depot on a Sunday afternoon. I was expecting there would be a lot of people and little help. I was pleasantly surprised to find that while there were a lot of people, there were many to help. The two guys John and Kookie who were great at the paint counter. While searching for bath towel holders we were given the exact aisle by an associate who could see we were searching for something. We also asked for help with recessed lighting and the gentleman told us aisle 51 which had some but he found us and said. Oh nuts probably aisle 50! Wow. He actually came to make sure we found what we needed. While we did need to order 1 thing online as they didn't have the size. We got everything else on our list of home projects ! Definitely worth coming to for the customer service and selection.”

They have done an impeccable job keeping the place fresh and inviting throughout the multiple decades it has been open. I travel from downtown Cleveland every year skipping every other flower and garden shop on my way strictly to go here. Wide selection of all types of plants and an unbeatable selection of lawn and house ornaments to fill up all your empty spaces. Keep up the good work yall!”
“Jim Zupan In appliances was above reproach. I came in with my Mom as she was looking to replace all the kitchen appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and Jim was beyond helpful. My mom really didn’t know what she needed and Jim was right there being incredibly helpful. He didn’t upsell or try to push anything on us. He was straightforward and very very knowledgeable and even told us about features we simply didn’t need. We decided to get all the appliances and actually waited a couple days till Jim was back as we only wanted to work with Jim. HIGHLY recommend!!! (As a bonus, he would laugh at my stupid dad jokes lol)”
