“I have been using this UPS location now for over 10 years. They deal with an incredibly high volume of packages, many of them Amazon returns, as most of my visits are!
The staff is well-trained, friendly and very efficient. I feel they do a tremendous job. fir what is likely low pay, and often in a very busy environment. They ROCK!!
What can slow them down is if customers come in with unprepared Amazon returns and are fumbling through bags trying to figure out which product goes with which return. The staff stays patient and kind, but unfortunately, it is an inconvenience to the other customers in line, so everyone, please organize your returns BEFORE you come in!
Also keep in mind parking can be tricky sometimes at this location. There are 6-8 spots out front that are specifically indicated as parking for 30 mins or less, so one can almost ALWAYS find a spot there. If you have a truly heavy box and need to pull up to the curb, please have the courtesy to your fellow customers to drop off the box, put it inside the store quickly, then PARK your car and return to the store. Please do NOT leave your car out front in the fire lane for safety reasons. You can take the extra 5 minutes out of your day for that common courtesy.
PS - I've also used this location because I had to fax something (I was shocked people still do that!) and they were great with that process & affordable.”
“When I first got there, there was a sign on the door that there would be back in about twenty minutes.From when I arrived. They did get back, and by then there were about eight or nine people in line.Waiting to get in. Lucky for me, I was just doing a drop off that we're all ready for sending.And I did not need a receipt, so i just needed to go up to the counter and drop my stuff off.”
“I've been using this store for over a year and won't go anywhere else. I have used them for many services from printing emails to my daughter's wedding photos to having memorial bands printed.
The staff at the Fairview park UPS store have gone out of their way to make all my experiences easy and a very happy customer. Truly grateful.”

“I usually use Office Max across the street for printing but time after time it is just a struggle to get what I need. On my last visit the printing desk was closed (understaffed), and 2 of the 3 self-serve printers were out of order. They suggested FedEx.
I found the manager at the Rocky River FedEx to be an absolute ray of sunshine; extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and got me squared away and out the door in minutes. I was stunned at how quickly my printing was done and with zero aggravation. Very happy I ended up there!”
“I stopped by a few weeks ago to pick up some speakers that were to be delivered to my house....based on other experiences with other companies I expected problems.....everyone was very nice, from the person who answered the phone and set up the pick up to the guy who brought it out and was nice enough to help us load the car. I was pretty impressed with everyone I dealt with.”
“This store has helpful and friendly staff and is a quick in and out. The shipping supplies aren’t as cheap as what you can find on Amazon but if you are out of supplies, the prices are fair enough to grab something to get by.
The carts close to the door are a nice touch on days where I have too much to carry at at once. The carts save multiple trips when Ohio winters are doing the Ohio winter thing.”

“Not sure where to do the review, but....what fantastic customer service! From the delivery man, Tim, to the customer representative at fed ex, Shadai (spelling). Had a package being delivered that needed a signature when we were out of town for 3 weeks. Tim helped via my Ring camera. He was kind to deal with my request via the camera! Shadai helped from local center. She helped reroute the package for me to pick up near to where we were. She was excellent in keeping me updated. She was very kind and more than willing to help me. I can't say enough to show my appreciation to her and Tim! Job MORE than well done. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!”
“Easy to find location on Cargo Road at Cleveland Hopkins airport, just passed the US Post office. I went there for the Dropbox after hours. The area was well lit and I felt safe”

“The customer service from Dominick at this location was the best experience!! I had to ship something for my family and there were very specific instructions. He not only helped me package this item in bubble wrap and boxes but than notified me it needed to be shipped through the USPS with the label I received. I walked across the street to the post office to realize it had closed 30min prior.
When we were walking back through the parking lot Dominick asked us why we still had the package. When we told him we had missed the post office he offered to take our package as he still had a pick up from UsPs that day. He did not need to go this over and beyond but he chose to’
Dominick we are forever grateful and the only person we will trust moving on with our shipping and receiving needs!!”

From I-71 take exit 237 B, coming from North or 237 - from South.
Then take Snow Rd West.
Drive over the bridge and take the very first driveway on the right (this is the second traffic light after you take the Snow road).
The driveway will bring you to a new building.
Make a left along the south side of it. Then make a right in front of the building and look for the shipping office.
We called earlier today and checked with the shipping. They said it is OK to park overnight as long as you are not blocking the doors. There is enough room to park across from the shipping office.
The business has new name - Smurfit Westrock but there are many trailers with the logo of Victory Packaging.
The office starts at 7.30 am.
I had an appointment for 7.30, checked in and they gave me a door immediately.
Green light at 9.10 am.
Overall very good experience.”
