“I had one of the best customer experience's recently at this FexEx location. I wish I had the guys name who helped me, but he was so thoughtful and nice and above all eager to help. He exemplified what customer service is supposed to look like. All of the employees seemed to be so kind and thoughtful. After my project was done printing I was cutting items out and overheard another employee talking to another customer and he was so kind to this customer and so helpful. I've printed here before and I've never had a bad experience but this time just seemed to be joyful. Who would have thought you could be joyful in a FedEx? It felt like such a kind environment, even with how the employees spoke to each other. Thank you for helping me with my printing needs but more so making me feel more joyful leaving FedEx performing what was a mundane task!”

“Worked with ADC warehouse for additional storage space for over a year. They always went the extra mile to help locate inventory when we needed to pull stock back to our main warehouse. Provided transportation support when it was needed to move stock both to their facility and back. Adam was great to work with and provided awesome support. Space was clean and organized. You won't go wrong using ADC Warehouse !”

“After multiple failed attempts of trying to get a parcel sent via USPS overseas to a family member in the military, I came to DHL where I was helped by April and she was very helpful, and enriching. “We walked on 2-1-2024, and there were several people coming in with us not including the ones already in the store. The young man behind the counter was so calm, friendly and patient with everyone. While he was copying, faxing, giving Amazon Kiosk instructions, taking in returns, doing math in his head and training a new employee, two guys (assuming owner or management) stood behind the counter yapping with one another. It wasn’t until I asked the young man his name so I that I may write a nice review that the two guys paid any attention! The one guy was quick to give me instructions on how to leave a review on Google! (Take care of your own business, Google has got theirs covered!) Really? You can hear that, but not your employee taking care of 6 people simultaneously. Well the young man, David Gyenga deserves 5 stars! He is a true asset to this business and with his demeanor will be a success anywhere! Owner, manager or whoever you guys were … well, you get 2…if even! I read the other reviews stating rude employees. I’m retired now, but in my life experiences, having owned my own business and having worked in management for others, multiple rude employees at any one business usually stem from poor management.TIPS FOR CUSTOMERS:I have never had an issue with any of the employees at this location. They were always kind to me. Be kind to them, not only are they dealing with rude customers but their owner/ manager may be a jerk too. (We’ve all been there) Always get an Amazon receipt. That’s not a UPS issue but an Amazon one and can usually be corrected through the chat on the app.TIP TO MANAGEMENT/ OWNER: Your employees will show more respect for your business if you do. Geez, help out, maybe train new people so there’s consistency. It will also cut down on employee turnover.IT IS YOUR BUSINESS DUMBA$$! Business owners work too! You haven’t even cracked 3.5 stars! If your business goes down the toilet there be no one blame but yourself!”
“These Men and ladies give amazing service . I needed some documents copied ,then scanned onto a USB drive. Alaska used high quality heavy paper for the documents and put the scanned files in the right folders on my usb drive. I will now use this location for all of my documents.”

“This terminal called me to schedule a residential delivery. Knowing how difficult it would be for a driver to get a tractor back on my street with a delivery van I set up a dock pick up. These employees were very courteous and keep a clean building by dock standards. Freight was in good shape with no damage.”

“Convenient drop of indoors for fedex. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. The location is great. I'm glad that I discovered them. The parking lot has plenty of parking as well. May have lines sometimes. However, it moves quickly. There is also a drive up for express envelopes.”
