I recently rented a car from Avis, and unfortunately, the vehicle turned out to be undrivable. I went to this location seeking assistance, but the store representative informed me that they couldn't swap the car. Instead, I was told to drive to the airport, which is around 40 minutes away, to get the car exchanged. Additionally, I was informed that this location has no connection with Avis as it is only a franchise. This situation caused me significant inconvenience and frustration. I would appreciate it if Avis could address this issue and improve the coordination and customer service at its franchise locations.

Made a reservation for a car and they cancelled it 15 minutes before I was supposed to pick it up because THEY overbooked it. Be better. Almost ruined my entire trip.

Got a car which wasn’t maintained well, they haven’t check for fuild levels and there was a wheel alignment and complained them while returning and their response was OK . Totally disappointed.

We rented a minivan for 2 days. They withdrew $769 from my account the first day. I called them to ask why. They said I returned the van already without gas in a city we didn't even go near and I STILL HAD THE VAN WITH ME! They said sorry someone screwed up and checked in the wrong minivan at the wrong location. I said ok just give me back my money you took. They said the money will be back in my account in a day or two...that was almost a week ago! We have called their corporate office and they returned with an email saying we was charged with a "pick up hold" of $377 and a "drop off hold" of $392...we have rented several cars before and never heard of a "drop off hold". Our rental was returned on time, clean and full tank....we got a receipt that says our final rental cost was $120 but we still haven't received the rest of our money.....$649We will never use them again and do not recommend them to anyone

This location has always disappointed me. Dirty cars. One time I got a van with cigarette smell and they didn't have another van. Last time I booked a luxury car, expecting a comfortable sedan. They gave me a very basic medium size SUV. I go there since it's the closest. Next time I'm going to try Enterprise.

The best crew hands down in the area. I have rented 1-4x a month for almost the past year for work and these guys have never disappointed.

Great staff, Jimmy and Kwame are very pleasant to deal with. Always greet me with a smile, cars are always ready to go, I am usually in and out without any hassle. Great place to rent.
