Go to get oil change 12/12/2025. Horrible experience with Nate the technician. I wanted to know what type of oil they was using on my car he did not know. Then Nate asked the tech in the next bay and he didn't know either. So I asked who makes the oil? I'm thinking of maybe I should upgrade to the next grade up. I guess that isn't a possibility at oil express anymore only the 1 grade or oil no brand so I googled it myself with no help from a technician and others who is supposed to be knowledgeable about what you are selling there customers. I guess they Don't check any washer fluid anymore because it wasn't checked nor the airfilter. I did tell him my wipes was new. When it came time to show me my oil level Nate was about 7 or so feet back away from the drivers side window where I'm barely able to see the dipstick. I hope my oil is truly up to level. I'm a return customer but if this is how customers are going to be treated now I'll find somewhere else. I feel like I was ROBBED today. Ps If I ask how much is the oil change all together and you $84 out the door and when I go to pay you with card you tell me it's $90+ I have a problem with that. Why is it an issue for the customer to ask questions Nate. Sorry you didn't know the answer Reladyne makes the duramax oil you use.

Got oil changed on my truck, 5,000 miles later I checked the oil level and it had been burnt to a crisp. Little to no oil was replaced, and trying to repair the damage. No leaks found, just oversight. Encourage you to check before leaving.

I was surprised with their service , I requested for the psi for 42 of my model Y( which is recommended by Tesla for safety ), and the guy serviced on the driver side put the side pf the two tires 46, affer I saw that I requested to down the psi to 42, but he refused to do that, and he said it’s fine . and one the passenger side , maybe something wrong with the machine , the guy worked on the passenger side put the two tires are psi 32 and psi 34, so all were 46,46,32,34.Which the whole car tires were not balance , i can even feel it when i drove , I am glad Tesla shows the numbers on the apps and on the screen of the car , those numbers shows that I have to go back to fix it . After the second time went back , the passenger side guy was kind to help to fix the problem , but he put the tire of the front of psi to 54, which it didn’t show at the beginning , but later Tesla system showed the warning right after I left the shop. The third time I had to go back again , because I don’t want my tire to explode . The guy on the passenger side was already not happy with me to go back , and tried to ignore me , but I have to go back to fix the psi 54, since the screen showed the warning . After the third time fix the passenger side guy help to put down the psi 54 to psi 43, although not all the tires were balance , which was fine, I can still drive for a short distance , because I have to go to another oil express Location to fix all those psi problem again . Thanks God, I got all those fixed in Oil express Mason location , highly recommended it , nice people and good service ! As customers, I would think the techs should have the basic professional knowledge of cars, (not to reach the psi to 54, which is dangerous) and should listen to customers what they want , the tools or equipment in the store may cause the problems too . I would never go back , but hope they will have better service for other people in the future !

This business would not accept my valid oil change coupon until I insisted on only paying the price on the coupon. I was told that the system would not accept it for some reason. It is obvious to me that they don't want to take coupons so they can charge more. They finally accepted the coupon after much discussion, and after my refusal to pay more than what the coupon was for. It is a poorly run business, and the workers act awkwardly by mumbling and speaking to you with their backs turned. I was left with no confidence in their ability to do the job correcty. I will never go back to this business. Oil Express off of Tylersville Road is the worst.

I always like going there , but for some reason every time I do an oil change there and ask for the board lights to be reset the workers would say “ i am sorry I don’t know how to”! Not sure why they never know how to reset it ! .

Lethargy was the main issue I encountered. Second was being charged a premium to “top off” what was represented as low antifreeze/coolant. I witnessed only a few ounces being added.
