I've had some somewhat long wait times here but over all, the people have been really friendly, especially if they recognize me (I come here a lot for work deposits). I guess I'm more patient than others, it's not a fast food restaurant lol. They also seem to have new people a lot so I imagine getting people trained and sticking around is tough but idk for sure. I hope they're treating employees well, it's gotta be hard working at a bank

Worst Branch EverEvery time I come here, what can be done in literally 5-10 min to takes up to an hour. It shouldn’t take 45 min to deposit a check.

I felt that the workers couldnt answer my questions about credit cards or opening a new account. Knowledge of the services that US Bank can provide and do is very Poor. My visits have not been helpful and not a good customer experience.

This Wetherington branch has the worst wait time at the drive thru anywhere in the State. May as well not have a drive thru as it is certainly not convenient. I’ve waited as long as 25 minutes just trying to make a deposit. Time for another bank.

So we were met at the kiosk by an employee asking what she could help us with. ( in front of all others) ( We told her we needed two withdrawals. She went to get withdrawal slips and I told her we already had some, to which she said “oh your not supposed to have whose we don’t give those out.” What? Then we got up the window (different employee) asking me to open the US bank app, which I told her I don’t do on public WiFi. (She assured me it’s fine) then she goes on to school me on using debit vs card cards for purchases. Then asks why we were withdrawing the amount of money we were. Strange experience there, usually some sort of shenanigans when we go to this branch. Done with this branch, never goi g back…

8.9.22 I have been sitting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. I had to hit caller button to get someone's attention. This used to be the best branch. Now I would not recommend my dog to come near near the building. I have been a customer since 1980's. I don't know what happened but I have to say the whole crew need to be fired and bring in a new team. A couple of months of ago, I asked for a few extra withdraw slips and was told no. I went to a different US bank they were so nice and gave me a stack of withdrawal slips. The disrespect the employees have towards the customers is so bad that I rather just not use that branch anymore.

If I could wouldn't even give them one star. I started a business account with Sydney a few months ago. Since having the account she has failed to file paperwork correctly and my account has been closed 4 to 5 times without any notice. I never got anything in the mail a text or a phone call. Now today I'm dealing with this once again. My account was closed with money still being in the account and no real answers. I talk with the branch manager Whitney multiple times and she always either refers me back to Sydney or says that she will take care of it and call me back. I will highly suggest anyone to stay away from this bank if you enjoy your money. I would not trust them setting up any account period as a word of advice and to save you the headache.

So unprofessional, the bank teller was eating pop corn while taking care of my transactions and then count the money that I withdraw with her buttery finges

This branch use to be very efficient and helpful , it's not a place we're I would recommend anymore for anyone . So unhelpful and useless. They just don't care anymore about anything including your time. A simple money wiring process for a couple of grands needs a specialist to get it done and if that specialist is busy or has another client, you have to wait for at least an hour. It's not the first wasting my time. Never going back there and I am pulling my future business out of this bank

Customer service at this location has gone down drastically the past couple months. I was in the drive up window trying to make a deposit for work. I had waited 20 minutes and when it was finally my turn, it was 5:05 and I was told that they were closed! I explained that I was in line for 20 minutes and the teller simply told me I could use the ATM and pulled the curtain down. I was livid! I go there 2-3 times a week for work but will not now. I will drive a little further in hopes to get better customer service.

customer service is very poor. The 3 times I've done business there in the last 2 months, only the drive-thru was open. The two tellers taking care of the 2 lanes worked extremely slow. I had 2 cars in front of me when I pulled up and they took a combined 32 minutes. When it was my turn, it took 17 minutes from the time the teller greeted me with my "tube of cash, etc" in his hand until I received my transaction receipts. The old man in the car in the other lane was yelling at his teller saying he was there yesterday & left because of the line; back today the line was as long. This branch needs more and better tellers - the branch manager should be embarrassed and close his doors.
