“I had a card for a free oil change and a diagnostic check. 1st visit there. They were phenomenal. I was in and out in about 40 minutes, good news, they found no issues with my 2015 crv, also rotated my tires, didnt even charge me. I dont put alot of miles on my car, but I know i will be coming to grismer when they need replaced. They were nice and professional. Thank you for the great service.”

“I’ve been taking my car here for the last few issues I’ve had with it and I have never been dissatisfied.
Today, I explained to Tom on t he phone that I just got out of the hospital and haven’t been working due to medical issues so money was tight but I have a light that stays on when the car shuts off on my climate control and wasn’t sure if it’s a dire need to have fixed and if he could tell me if I need to make an appointment to get it fixed or not.
He told me to bring it to the shop and he’d assess the situation for me without charge. And it turned out to be nothing critical. Most companies would have charged me 100 dollars just for that and I’d been out of grocery money when the light was nothing needing fixed. They helped me without charging that fee this time because they are compassionate caring people and that is almost unheard of these days which is one reason I like to come here. They are caring people and have always done excellent work for me since coming here in January of this year.
I highly recommend.

“I did not end up going to this location, but it was simply because they were booked on the day that I had to go in. I got another appointment with a different mechanic scheduled in the mean time, and then shortly after, Avenue Auto Repair called me back to give me first dibs on a time slot available for the next day (their existing appointment canceled). I let Avenue Auto Repair know that I wouldn't be coming in, but I appreciate them reaching out to me as soon as a time slot was available.”

Luckily, Kris was able to squeeze us in and get us back on the road in no time. He even brought us cold gatorades and candy for the kids while we waited. “This place is top notch. The customer service I received can not be beat. As an extremely busy medical professional, my time is so limited and everyone I dealt with at Bexley Automotive respected this and found a way to work with me including bringing a loaner car to my work and taking my car in for service. The key drop off is so easy and secure. My car was given the star treatment and when something was not working correctly after the initial round of repairs, they insisted on taking the car back, giving me the loaner for another day and making it right. I told them I was about to leave on vacation with my sons to the Eastern Shore of Maryland and they went over my car with an eye on safety specifically for my trip. It ran like a dream the whole way there and back and still is. I will bring all of my automotive business here from now on and tell my friends and family to do the same.”

“Oh my goodness Fastlube on Livingston & Courtright was awesome. I never been to a fastlube before so I was surprised when you just stay in your car while they changed my oil. Each technician was very courteous, helpful and respectful about the concerns of my vehicle and serviced my car as mentioned in their oil change package as well as replaced my headlight bulb at an small fee. They even shared what wasn't needed that also kept my cost down. I will be returning for future related services.”

“I'd like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the manager and staff.
We were a few hours into a 3 day road trip when the tire light came on. A valve stem from a recently purchased set of tires hadn't seated properly, and was leaking. Not the sort of repair I can do on the road or at a hotel. They managed to fit me in around other appointments as best they could, repair the leak, and send us on our way for no charge. We were in a bind, and ready to pay whatever we needed, but instead, we got "Have a nice day". It was unexpected, unnecessary, and I'll admit I choked up a bit. Thankfully, the rest of the trip was entirely uneventful and we made all our overnight reservations.”

The $25 coupon I got from the website would not scan. They did best to match with a $20 off code. Usually upselling but not aggressive and comes across as educational, which I dig. I’ll be back next time I need a quick oil change for sure. We got so caught up chatting that we both forgot the mileage sticker, derp!”
