“I have found the staff to be friendly and helpful. When I was surprised by insufficient funds after a lengthy trip, they called me in an attempt to prevent other fees being levied so that I could come in a put n more funds. (It turned out in that I had made a withdrawal at the machine on my way out of town and neglected to enter it.) A staff person even helped me go through all the entries and withdrawals for several months to find the discrepancy.”
