“Great experience! Went to multiple body shops for quotes on my 2020 GMC Sierra that suffered from a fender bender and Ideal was the only body shop to perform a quality inspection. They found multiple panels/fairings that needed replacement/work that other body shops just looked right over. Paint matched perfectly (Pacific Blue color, not a common color). They cleaned my truck after (Inside & Out). I did find one plastic piece slightly bent after they were done. They ordered it next day and replaced it without question. I really appreciated getting this video report mid stream of the work being done.
