“I had a good experience today - been having a lot of issues with my tires on a 2024 vehicle, not knowing if it was a suspension issue because the vehicle was riding jarring/violently. A few mechanics from other branded car shops have been dismissing like “it’s drives fine to me”. I called Chad (from referral) today and he got me in same day - come to find out, 3 of the 4 tires purchased out of town from a Ziegler Tire in NE Ohio were out of spec registering 30+ on the road force balance tester. These tires are a month old and this was Ziegler’s second time trying to get it right. Somehow, Belle team was able to get them down to around 6 on the road force balance and the ride does appear to be handling significantly better than it was before.
I’m very analytical and detail oriented - more than most. I noticed all of the staff at this location were speaking to ALL of the customers with respect and professionalism which is difficult to come by in this region. I appreciate the service I received today from that team and Chad was beyond professional and competent - he knows his shit! I don’t do many reviews but I went out of my way to write this one as this seems like a very solid shop. Thanks again.”
“I love Sam’s BUT the gas station needs some order. It is total chaos with cars allowed to come at the pumps from any direction. People get blocked in. It’s ridiculous. Learn from Costco! In and out. So smooth. All you need is a one direction in and one direction out.”

“My daughter always uses performance plus whenever something is wrong with her car and for maintenence oil changes. They are great. They get her in quickly fix the problem and get her back in her car. The prices are always fair, the mechanics are nice and respectful and the owner is great.
My son has taken his car there as well and I have popped in for an oil change.

“My fiance just went there a few days ago to get an alignment done on her vehicle, and they did the alignment but noticed her tires had Zero tread on them. My fiance declined the service bc of finances. Who ever was the person behind the counter, they were able to find a deal for my fiance to get 2 front tires and charge her very little for that. She accepted and is now happier than ever. I want to express gratitude for this belle tire in holland, OH, looking out for the people, not necessarily in all about money and robbing people blind, they’re there for you, and want to help you with ur vehicles needs. “This shop is awesome! My husband and I have used the Whitehouse location multiple times since 2020 for our automotive repair needs. Today they went above and beyond for me. My tire sensor went off while entering my neighborhood. When I got home and looked I could hear the air coming out of it. I immediately drove down there and told them what was going on. Their techs were at lunch but he said to leave it and they would take care of it for me. They even gave me a ride home with their complementary shuttle. Within 3 hours my tire was fixed and the shuttle came back to pick me up so I could get my car! To top it off the patch was free since I purchased the tires from them. Their communication and service have always been top notch. I appreciate such amazing customer service!”
